Hotel Navalai Pride

A great disappointment it was !! Someone was knocking on my room door whole night and I was feeling very unsafe. We did complain about this to the reception but they didn't took any possible action to it . I check out from the hotel in early morning as we were very much traumatized by the situation . I hope seeing my message will help the customers and the owner to consider such situations and take actions accordingly.Thank you

Worst rooms. No ventilation. Shower twice. Bathrooms in bad condition. 0 service. Did not offer drinking water. Don't waste your money here. Took 800rs for 3hrs stay

Staff is so rude and arrogant, they didn't respect customer, when you complaints regarding room, they just reply "aap ne room dikhake hi lena tha" worst experience.. rooms are so hot... Very very poor customer service.

Common parking space shared with other hotels, rooms are okay. Food is also good.

Worst staff arrogant and lazy No hot water We asked for AC room they gave us non ac room and tried acting and giving reasons ke ac will work as it is slow but ac didn't work whole night. Fraud!
