I'm in lower to middle class family. Worst experience . laal killaa Full red soil dust in room and Flush not working .. No water in jet spray.. Staff not listening to request.. They changed the room. Still Even after telling them to clean the room Till we go on beach and come back.. Still there was lot of dust on the floor.. Then they took one spoon of phenyl and cleaned room floor.. Mood off who gaya.. ABANDONED hotel Feels like I'm sleeping in furniture shop ?! NO VENTILATION ..

The room was good and well maintained. The price is a bit high trying to negotiate but they won't. Service no water for drinking available even for that you have to pay 1litre - 10 or 20 . Pay each time if you want to drink water Checkin time 12pm (afternoon) Checkout time 10 am (morning) room - 5 star price - 4 star service - 3 star

The hotel is on the main road, so easy access. Rooms where decent for the price compared to others in the city. Room and the bathroom was clean with hot water.

Good location just a km away from station and 2 km away from the city if you have ur own vehicle then its good. Rooms were ok bt TV is awefull no channel working other than few hindi seriels. Asked them to refill so on our request they activated 1 channel costing 3rs no ventilation in bathroom so it was sweating a lot just to sit on the pot as it was summer. Dont ask about taking a bath and getting stuck with hot vapours inside it was like free suana. The restaurant was closed bt there is a chinese stall right besideds and another restaurant 500 meters away. So food is not an issue. Staff was nice and wellspoken and helpful. Room was in good size. If you are vegitarian then you might get a fish odor in the hotel as there is a factory nearby. A few other people were complaining as a nonvegeterian i did not even get the smell until i got out and even then did not bother. So if you are a vegeterian beware. And there is an issue of mosquitoes in ratnagiri in general and this place is no exception bt they provide u with mosquito repelent.

The rooms are good but its ambience isn't so good. They're clean and livable but if you're looking for some lavish facilities then this is not your place. I always prefer practicality over luxury and this place fits right in. It's my all time get along place whenever I visit ratnagiri for work. Also the food here is home cooked and tasty.

If u r planning to stay near station this is a best hotel. Room are really good. Charges are worh and also the staff i found here is very helpful. Visiting in off season may help to get rooms here easily not sure about season like MAY and winter. There is little hotel here called konkan katta. They offer really good and selective varieties of fish dishes.

This property is good choice for budget stay. The rooms were big and comfortable. Room service was also fast. We tried the sea food here which was amazing. Must try the bhangda dishes. Also there were many food options as well as places nearby to visit.

Rooms are good and gives 100% returns on cost front. The food particularly surmai, prawns or prompret fried with curry, taste is ultimate. The fish we had completely fresh, fried in good oil and left remarkable test and stil searching opportunity to regain that. If someone want to enjoy kokan with sea food, must visit Megh Malhar. Stay location is also most convineant as close to railway station and Ratnagiri Highway.
