Hotel Mathura Executive

The location of this hotel is perfect and very peaceful. It's surrounded by many residence buildings. The rooms are nice and clean, only I am disappointed after looking at the window side, it's a full size aluminium frame with glass. It is supposed to be half a wall and a window. If someone opens the curtains then the complete room can be seen outside. It is just my view. Others can have different thoughts on this. Hotel service is good. Breakfast is a complementary included in room charges. Fruits are not available in breakfast. The most appreciated thing is the food. This hotel is having a vegetarian restaurant. The food quality is awesome and quantity is also not bad at the given price in the menu card. The thing which I don't like is that the entrance of the hotel is not from the front side rather from the left side little bit inside. So the waiting area is also near the reception desk and no one can see the road side if anyone is waiting for a vehicle. Also the hotel doesn't have parking space and road is also small so vahical parking is a problem. Overall the hotel is good as it is near the city. Recommended

Quite place, loved it. Did stay here previously too. Fantastic food .. perfection on the kitchen part . Serving staff is attentive and swift. Lil disappointed with the front staff, the suite when we entered wasn't cleaned. Washroom was is mess and even after putting forward the complaint no action taken. Suite sofas all white in colour were all stained, fan starts with weird sound, washroom not cleaned ... have stayed previously in other suite of the same hotel and it's really appreciative. Hoping the management takes a note. Overall

Rooms are small but functional. The bathrooms are too small to make sense with broken fittings. The restaurant, though veg, serves good food. Location is excellent Rooms rentals are higher than its worth

The restaurant's ambiance was elegant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a delightful dining experience. For lunch and dinner, the menu was extensive, offering both international and regional cuisine.

This review is about the restaurant ad not the Hotel. The Restaurant is one of the fine Dining in Ratnagiri. The Ambiance is good. The food is also food and not very expensive.

Ordered methi aloo, veg kadhai, tandoor roti and lasooni dal. Everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended

The food is good, but I've had food spillage issues thrice now. Stop cutting cost on packing. Everyone tapes their containers but not Mathura. Some liquid item (mint apple salad) were even packed in loose Aluminium container once. Lost half of my Palak Paneer today in spillage. Reported for partial refund.

Below the expectations rating only because of the upkeep of rooms and their poor maintenance. Even though the check-in time was 2 and we reached the hotel at 4.45, the room was not cleaned. It took more than 30 minutes to clean it. Bedsheets happened to be stained, and it was after we insisted the same were changed. The only exception was food. It was too delicious.
