I will never ever recommend this place, even though I have reserved an AC room before a month, after several calls the whole week before coming, when I arrived at the hotel all the way from Mumbai, there was No AC room available, there was no proper Front office, there reception of the Gym, n there were no bookings on my name. We're standing in the sunny afternoon with my 2 year old daughter. Pathatic experience. Non experienced people.

Very good stay and room was good, Mr.Sandip is very co operative. This location is in Ratnagiri MIDC area, peace full and good. Many restuarants are just walking distance.
