B Sayaji Homestay

Excellent property and very convenient location near Bus stand. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the amenities were great and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable !! highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ratnagiri .

Yes it is superb homestay, value for money,rooms are big and nice ,big TV in room with all channels,sofa set , dining table,hot water , attached washrooms,near to local Mandavi beach , surrounded by nature ,calm place,6km from railway station,500meter from city bus stand ,will definitely visit again

It was wonderful experience, nice rooms, nice ambience, delicious food, safe parking, specially they are serving typical konkani homemade food, well prepared kitchen, view from balcony, nearest mandavi beach is 1km from homestay, we will definitely visit again, thanks

Very well managed homestay,we have enjoyed our stay ,also children's liked the playground which was opposite to homestay,staff was polite,food was delicious,rooms are clean and neat, washrooms cleanliness is nice ,the homestay is near to Mandavi beach 700 meter only ,than you very much

Yes title says it all this homestay is actually family homestay,superb arrangements by team , their is karaoke arrangement also ,we enjoyed karaoke with delicious dinner ,calm place ,near by city also local Mandavi beach ,nice ambience,sofa set dining table,24hour hot water ,clean rooms ,clean washrooms, free secure parking available ,thank a lot team b sayaji

Very very poor, pathetic & unhygienic. Trust me guys this the worst stay i ever had.don't go with exterior, i have done the same mistake but its not at all worth the price. Even if it is 100rs, think before booking this room.

Home stay is good Breakfast is good Staff is very polite Very spacious rooms with large cupboard Only thing is bathroom needs some renovations and cleaning
