Hotel Sabera Residency

The homestay is behind the railway station but is in a remote deserted place. There are no shops or any autos available for use. Rooms are spacious and good. But no facilities provided. No wifi, tv doesn't work, no food available even water bottle is charged not complimentary. No toiletries provided. The water in the bathroom speed is so damn low it takes hours to fill even half a bucket. Food we need to order via zomato/Swiggy only. If we inform the caretaker early they said they will make but they too bring from outside which takes so much hours for delivery. The owner is not available in the place and is in some other city. Homestay is managed by a caretaker . No issues with them they were kind and helpful. But to address any concern the owner is absent. Understand this is homestay and not hotel still even basic amenities not provided or even location not good enough to buy stuff. For the hefty amount charged this homestay doesn't give anything. Only book if you have your own vehicle and beware you won't get anything there or in vicinity. Bring everything by yourself. PRovide basics for the amount charged or reduce the rates else move out of renting for travellers. It's simply cheating the tourists charging so much but not worth even a single penny. Wonder how it is MTDC approved.

I booked it through airbnb. No one present in the property. No response from host. Pathetic experience. Had to get it cancelled.

Pros: The rooms were clean and neat. I liked the cleanliness part. Cons: 1. This place is not walkable from the railway station and autorickshaws or private vehicles may charge 100-200, which is damn expensive for a short distance. 2. This home stay does not serve lunch or dinner, they just serve breakfast and tea, which also was quite expensive.

Room - AC / Non AC available. Clean and tidy. They don't have double beds or king or queen size bed. Only Single beds are available. You have to joint two single beds for your kid. For two people's it's comfortable. Bathroom - Clean and spacious, 24 hrs water available,hot water available, commode cover was little broken. Electricity - Electricity issues are there. They don't have electricity back up. Parking available. Breakfast available. Service - Good

It was an awesome experience staying at the hotel Sabera Residency, the room was a bit small but nevertheless enough for two persons and very comfortable and clean, will definitely consider staying here again. The breakfast was commendable. We loved it. The staff was very helpful and prompt. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Excellent stay, amazing view from ac rooms and even non ac rooms. Aadesh is a very humble owner and provide proper and genuine rates for food and rest of services unlike other hotels. Wish you best of luck.

We had visited with family group of 24 persons wherein there are 6 senior citizens in the group.. Pathetic service provider for rooms wherein electricity was not available for 3 hours.. Water supply was not available in AC rooms.. Bus service was disaster wherein bus was changed thrice by Owner without consulting us.. Please don't Visit this place at all.. Wastage of money..

Don't stay here it is not a good place to stay , instead live in a good hotel . This is place is not worth the money . It doesn't have facilities as per it's rates. The tv doesn't have good channels and there is no water heater in the AC room also the washrooms are just ok but not good and big . AC doesn't work also then they charge it's money. There is a rough road to go to the hotel and the owner is rude .
