Wonderful house in a wonderful location. Uninterrupted views of the sea and hillside from both levels of the house. A play area with a kids pool, swings on the porch and in Hall balcony make for a relaxing space. Clean, well maintained open and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, enough parking space. Place is only about 15 mins away from station. Recommended for families with children.

The place is really nice with the ocean view and other scenery.. Little far away from the city.. You can not go out unless you have your own vehicle.. Caretakers of the bungalow were so rude and didn't have proper management.. We were told that the bungalow has its own restaurant, but there was nothing like restaurant.. The kitchen was really very unhygienic. Food was pathetic by quality as well as by taste.. We didn't get the basic toiletries, towels etc. Also they didnt even change the bedsheets for 4 days.. I am giving the 2 stars just for the place..

Best place to relax, best view, best hospitality ever. Direct sea view from all the rooms. Easily accessible from the railway station. Not very far from the market and all the sight seeing points. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay with the group of six ladies. Very safe for ladies also

Nice rooms , superbly fantastic villa ,food is very nice ,we enjoyed stay lot ,kids enjoyed swimming pool, sea view balcony attached room , cleanliness is nice , bathrooms are very cleaned ,every room have attached bathroom, leaving room also sea view ,dining table in leaving room with big TV ,thank you

Excellent rooms ,superb sea view , location is perfect for family vacation,they serve delicious food, atmosphere is refreshing,the property is located at ratnagiri- pawas coastal highway ,staff was very helpful,they arranged cab for sightseeing,thank you

Beautiful bungalow with a spectacular view.clean and spacious very good for families.it has a sea view surrounded by greenery .loved my stay over there will defenitely recommend it to all who visited ratnagiri.

Wonderful eexperience here,so bbeautiful view from room and lleaving room,in bungalow sofa sets ,dining table,fully prepared kitchen ,garden,kids playing area with equipments,swiming pool is clean,rooms and bathrooms are big.

Nice rooms also bathroom,my kids enjoyed swimming pool, you can reach in five minutes from bus stand and fifteen minutes from railway station, well maintained, delicious typical konkani food ,actual ocean view, staff is very helpful, they told us about ratnagiri places to interest, we definitely visit again
