Kshudha Shanti beach Resort

Unfortunately, our stay at this beach resort was quite unpleasant. The owner was extremely rude and displayed a very unprofessional attitude. He seemed angry and lacked basic manners in dealing with tourists. The service provided was also subpar, making the whole experience uncomfortable. It felt as though staying there was a favor to us rather than a service we were paying for. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

The food was a standout--authentic Konkani dishes bursting with flavor, prepared with care, and absolutely delicious. The homestay itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, offering a warm, home-like vibe. Its proximity to attractions like Ganpatipule Beach and Ganapati Temple makes it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff were polite and cooperative, enhancing the overall experience. It's a great property if you are trying to explore sea shore of Ratnagiri. Very close to Ganpatipule, opposite Kajirbhata beach, nearby aare ware beach and many more places The owner and his family is running the business all of them are very polite and co-operative Meal was all good, homely food served with love. Must try once

This is beautiful property run by kind family. This stay is located exactly opposite of the beach. We were seven friends traveling from Mumbai, even though I brought bargain price room for 7 people, he was very welcoming and offered us higher quality service and clean room. Bedsheets, extra mattress and blanket were clean. I ate dinner in the hotel food was tasty.

Directly across the beach and decent sized rooms. We were the only group as it was off season, so we got a good connect with the owner and his family. Nice people with amazing food to serve. Getting a Fresh catch and serving it on demand! Beach runs parallel and is just 2 mins walking. Scooba diving is available on the beach so a stay here would be perfect for a family or group of friends.

It's kind of homestay. The owner is very polite. The location is opposite advika beach. The place is surrounded with mango trees. Ample parking space is available. It's in route of ratnagiri ganpatipule road

Beautiful serene place at the exterior of ganapati pule. Owner is cordial and supportive . Food is so so but u will love the view from there. Beach is nearby. Farm is properly maintained.

Best place within the Budget... Great people with very tasty breakfast... And situated away from City... So good for family and friends...
