The resort offers excellent facilities, and the staff is incredibly cooperative and welcoming. When I inquired about an AC room, they thoughtfully suggested a non-AC option, considering the pleasant weather, which I truly appreciated. The hot water was available on time from 6-9 AM, and the food was absolutely delicious, offering authentic flavors. The swimming pool was well-maintained and added to the relaxation. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, its proximity to the famous Ganpatipule Mandir makes it a perfect choice for both relaxation and spiritual visits. A wonderful experience overall--I'd definitely recommend it!

I planned my vacation to Ganpatipule with my family on the 1st May long weekend. I was looking for places online and like these hotels pics that gave very konkan vibes. I spoke to Mr. Avadhut and he helped me a lot as i was specifically looking for their cottage only. We reached early before the check-in time and the staff welcomed us very nicely. We kept our luggage at the reception and went for breakfast. The location is as good as everything is very close to the hotel. Hotel is been divided into 2 parts . One is the Kaular Atithi old look cottage rooms and other is a building with a swimming pool view. The is ample space to park vehicles. The rooms at Kaular I felt were small . Nodoubt my room was clean and well maintained. The only issue is that there is a very limited staff and there is hardly any network in Ganpatipule. The hotel has a list of imp numbers but the network is bad plus a few numbers work on the list but otherwise it gets difficult to go to the reception all the time to ask for something or other. They really need to work on it. For us Mr. Yuvraj the Relationship manger has gone out of the box to make our stay pleasant. He has helped us with travel organizers to see around, good restaurants to eat as my mom is vegetarian. Really big thanks to him. Overall the place is good. They have a pool too you can access it from 6am to 6pm. There are so many mango trees and play area for kids. They also have a great dinning area wherethey server lunch and dinner. So yes i will recommend people to come over and stay.
If you compare the food with price then food wi superb. Also location is best, 10 min walking distance from Ganesh temple. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is also friendly. No parking tension. Just go book stay and enjoy.
I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The view from the property was stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff was extremely well-behaved, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. The overall ambience of the resort was peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect getaway atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and refreshing vacation.
The stay for the price we paid was not good at all. We had no choice that's why we stayed but please find better place to stay. The room was decent but the bed was terrible, the mattress was so thin that we could feel the rope like thing while sleeping on it. The washroom was very bad, it was not deep cleaned for so long. The jet spray holder was not there. The seat was old and dirty, no toilet paper. The taps and floor and wall seem to be have not washed ever. I mean you have such a beautiful room why not maintain it's washroom. The lightings were off too, very less lights. The goods - Near by Temple, Car Parking, AC cooling, TV was working, room was spacious, hot water between 6-9 am only, that's it Not gonna visit again or recommend it to any one.
This was my fifth visit to Kaular Atithi, and as always, I had a great experience. The location is excellent, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the rooms are well-maintained. However, I would like to point out that the bathrooms in the cottages could use some renovation. The flush tank push buttons are broken, and the seats are showing signs of wear. Apart from this, everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend this property to my friends and family and look forward to visiting again!
A Perfect Getaway in Ganpatipule! We had a fantastic stay at Kaular Atithi The Grand Konkan Resort. The pure vegetarian food was absolutely delicious--freshly prepared, homely, and full of authentic Konkani flavors. There was a good variety in the meals, and everything was served with warmth and care. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff was very courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool was clean and ideal for a relaxing dip, especially in the evenings. Overall, it's a perfect destination for families or couples looking for a peaceful break. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ganpatipule!
The hotel is 950 mtr away from the temple and the beach. The location is between the trees so it's relaxing in summer as well and the pool area is also nice, food is better here then other resturants near-by, budget and pocket friendly for a family stay.
