Prasad Villas and Homestay

We had a great experience at Prasad Villas. We visited on 24/02/25 and 25/02/25. We were 20 of us with friends and families. Nice, clean cottages, Prompt service and to top it all lovely food. All the dishes, Veg as well as Nonveg were delicious. Cool atmosphere due to Mango trees around made the stay and roaming really enjoyable.|Hospitality by Pankaj, his family and team was very warm. Ready to fulfill all our needs all the time.|We all had a memorable stay.|Would certainly visit again during our next trip here.|Thank you Pankaj for the super experience.

It was a wonderful experience . A beautiful place to stay for holiday with family or friends. Fresh and amazing homemade food is also provided and very competitive prices. The service staff is equally good and hardly need any reminders. This stay being in a lush mango plantation refreshes one from the daily hustle bustle of traffic and pollution, a sure revisit is on the cards soon.

It's clean peaceful place. Being really visitors after opening it has the freshness of newness. We were a small group of 19 people- simple saatbaaraa- 7 couples 1979 SSC batchmates and few others to make 12 boys in the group. At 60+ we all call ourselves boys and girls for Ratnagiri and around. Our bus was parked inside the compound for pick and drop. An arrangement for karaoke music for night in open eating place added lot of pleasure and joy filled memories.

Tucked in the midst of a mango orchard and very close to Ratnagiri town yet peaceful and quiet at night, this four room set of homes on the ground floor is a peaceful down to earth place and the plus points are that it's is new and has AC, plus the home made local Maharashtrian food adds bonus to the stay. Just have to order in advance for a very very reasonable price. Fish, meat and fabulous vegetarian dishes were a treat. Good for people to go in groups. We went as a couple. The owners Pankaj and Vidya were very friendly and willing to help.

A long waiting Popti plan was done at Prasad Villas & Homestay. Very beautiful & peaceful place, surrounded by Mango trees. We office friends enjoyed a lot. Good service. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would love to visit again..

We had 2 nights stay at Prasad villa last week. It was really very very comfortable. Entire villa is as per the pictures shown on internet. Neat, clean, spacious rooms in beautiful mango wadi. Homemade Food is really awesome and tasty and also very competitive rates. We tried fish thali, chicken thali, fish fry, prawns fry, tisrya.. each dish is very tasty. Service is also very good. One thing to mention, since this homestay started in December they still doing lot of improvements. E.g TV, refrigerator is not there but it is mentioned in booking.com. very soon they are going to add it. I could say this is one of the best homestay in Ratnagiri with affordable rates. Very near to main city. We will definitely visit again and again.

Very beautiful resort, surrounded by Mango trees, homely atmosphere, food was delicious, service was awesome humble nature. Like to visit again and again. Love this resort. Near to railway station in the city and in the lush green campus.
