We recently had my brother's engagement at KN Park Hotel. While the venue was decent, the food experience was quite disappointing. Our menu included Hara Bhara Kabab and Paneer Tikka -- the Hara Bhara Kabab was good, but the Paneer Tikka was extremely dry and undercooked. Pani Puri and Delhi Chaat were just okay. It honestly felt like their main focus was to serve as little food as possible, probably because the deal was based on the number of plates. Wouldn't recommend for events if food quality matters to you..

Room Service and front desk response is pethatic. After repeatedly complaints they didn't listen at all shamely said attended but it never happened..No water in wahroom, No Towel after so many calls to front desk..

The room charge of 4,000+ is not justifiable for the stay at KN Park Hotel. I stayed on the second floor in their suite room, which turned out to be a disappointment. The room was poorly maintained, and the washroom, particularly the commode, was unclean. Even after informing the reception, no one came to clean it. Despite being expensive, the suite lacked proper furnishings. Many fixtures, like the basin and commode, were stained yellow, likely due to poor maintenance. Although hot water was promised, it was unavailable in the washroom during the morning. The rooms are not soundproof, and the noise from passing trucks, especially during the night, disrupted my sleep. The hotel is located in a busy truck route, so the noise is constant during peak night hours. The food is overpriced, and the breakfast options are limited and not very appetizing. Even the hotel lift is in poor condition. Based on a recommendation from a colleague, Fern Residency, located nearby, is a better option for families, offering better value for money.

Very worst test of food Dont stay and not eat food in particular from veg restaurant.. no cleanness waiter and manager he is don't understood a customer

Not even worth 1 star. Pathetic rooms with cockroaches and musquitos all over the place. The restaurant says pure veg but the kitchen serves Non-veg as well. When I confronted to the restaurant owner - Anna, he started fighting and behaving so rudely that this is how it is here. You can stay or go to another restaurant if you want - were his comments. Would never recommend this

Power cuts are too frequent and Generator back up response time is sluggish

They confirmed the booking over the call for 2500 and lately denied in front of cops sitting at the reception

Bluff Master Hotel: Engaging in dishonest practices by overcharging water bottles meant to be priced at Rs 20, they are selling them for Rs 30 without explanation. The staff's attitude is unhelpful, and the owner's behavior is notably rude. ( Not even deserve a single Star)
