Olive Aqua Resort

The resort is beautifully located right by Khindsi Lake, offering breathtaking views--especially at sunset. Sitting by the lake and watching the sky change colors was one of the highlights of my trip. The cottages are cozy and comfortable, with private sit-out areas that face the lake. At night, I could actually hear the gentle sound of waves, which made the whole place feel even more serene. It's perfect if you're looking to unwind and disconnect from the noise of daily life. One of the best parts is how close it is to the boating area. There are plenty of water activities available just a short walk away, including paddle boats and motor boats. Whether you're into adventure or just want to relax by the water, it's got something for everyone. Overall, Olive Aqua Resort is a fantastic escape into nature, with great views, a peaceful atmosphere, and the bonus of being right next to all the lake activities. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or a quiet break.

The villas themselves are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with hygienic washrooms. View from my room . The best stay . They need to improve their service. Otherwise it was the best place to have a calming and relaxing day . I have visited in October 2023 . And it is the best time to visit there . Affordable rooms . Bugs will irritate you at night so stay inside the room

The location and lake view from room is amazing. We booked offline. As we experienced the service was barely poor, the reception guy was arrogant less manners talk with the consumer as he was doing us favour. The room TV was inoperative, and only the washroom was cleaned. As we requested to deliver some food at room but they denied, the attached restro's food was very bad in the test. We found that at late night they switched off our AC. Flying insect and bugs wil bother you in night. Visit this place if you only fond of lake view with your loved one. Like low budget bali.

While it's set on a beautiful lake, the place had a terrible stench. Staff can be quite rude and the state of the rooms is appalling. So much dust in the room that it caused an allergy, and clearly not made up after the previous customer (check photos). Can't comment on the food since we opted to eat out.

We were on the way to Delhi by road and we did not wanted to halt at Nagpur overnight, so we're looking for places on the outskirts. Came across this resort and went straight away to the place. The resort was serene and the view from the cottage is unreal. The luxury rooms are closer to the lake and provide a great view. It was quite secluded but very peaceful stay for the night. The food was decent and the service was quite good. The only thing was problem with too many insects but our cats managed to keep them at bay. Overall a very great stay and would definitely recommend this place

Awesome place to stay with friends and family. Rooms are clean and have scenic views. However they do not have their own restaurant. It's a shared restaurant from neighborhood which caters to multiple other properties in the vicinity. We had terrible time dealing with them while ordering food. Very limited menu and over priced. Manager added cherry on top by misguiding and over promising us. Better to avoid food here and go to tourist dhaba(4-5km) from property. Carry enough cash as e transfer not accepted. Will be visiting

A very cosy and comfortable resort to spend a laid-back day. The hotel room and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Cottages are lake facing and offer the best view of lake. It has facilities like TV, AC, basic toiletries & complimentary water bottle. Room service is available till 10pm from a attached restaurant. Food could have been better.
