Very nice hotel to stay at Ramtek. And the service person Mr. Avinash & Mr. Kavish both are good nature person and cooperative . I am fully satisfied by the service of both. They are friendly.

Please don't trust their early reviews it seems all fake, i recently stayed there while coming from kumbh and my experience was pathetic. They charged 2000 for nothing. Dirty bathroom Broken commode No Drainage Dirty bed sheets Stinking Blankets Dirty Pillows Dirty Passage Pathetic service Please spend your valuable money somewhere else.

The rooms are basic, but provide all necessary modern comforts. This is the type of rooms we prefer, so it served our purpose. What made our stay great though was all the help and kindness we received from Mr. Sourabh and his staff. They helped us arrange safaris and transport and helped us appreciate the beauty around Ramtek beyond Pench tiger reserve. The also went above and beyond to help us when my partner became sick due to food consumed elsewhere. If/when we come back to India in the future, we will definitely consider coming back here!
