I stayed at this hotel. My booking at this hotel was for 2 days but I checked out in a day because of following reasons... Shampoo not provided. Nothing to make tea, no fridge. Phone doesn't work. Didn't use TV and wifi... I stayed in room 301. Room service guys were awful. Fab needs to rethink about their hotel business! Dirty rooms... Floor surface was sticky, hairs were on the floor, mopping wasn't done Plates and glass in room was not washed. Beddings were not clean. Dustbin had garbage piled. Used condoms were everywhere. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. It is rated 3 star... actually a zero star stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The WiFi was not working, and despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved. Additionally, the TV remote did not have batteries, and the staff failed to provide them even after several reminders. The blanket in my room was too small, and though I was assured a replacement within 30 minutes, it was never given. The landline in the room was also not functioning, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, my experience was frustrating due to the lack of responsiveness and poor service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests.

Hotel room 102 was clean. AC working good. No issues. I would recommend someone looking for a room at Panvel east side. Friendly staff.

Some rooms tv not working. And some rooms no chairs. Have to seat on bed and eat.

They are lying in facility like available bathtub in room...after visiting there is no bathtub present in bathroom,tv is not working properly,wifi is not working,light is not working in room
