Rooms were untidy, we had guest over who were not even staying and this was informed to the reception but the reception made sure to call after every hour to make our guests leave. We were even ready to pay extra for our gueats to wait (not even saty, wait) but the reception was stubborn on their statements.

Very bad experience regarding your price vs hotel and services with your very bad complimentary breakfast. If possible please book your room without breakfast. What is your wi fi password we don't know.very bad experience

As per the room tarrif the rooms are not at all good. Room tarrif was 2912/- They even charge for the dental kit which is to be provided in the room is disgusting. Food quality was ok but the serving of food could be better. Over all if you dont have any other options then only book this room

Guests might want to consider this factor, especially light sleepers. Dining: The hotel boasts a restaurant in the basement with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Staff: The reception staff was courteous and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. Food and Service: Although the food quality was good, my experience with the service was disappointing. The ordered soup arrived an hour late, and the starter came after the main course, affecting the overall dining experience negatively. Room Recommendation: I would advise against booking rooms 101-103, especially during events in the morning. The noise from moving chairs and tables was disruptive, compounded by existing traffic sounds. In summary, Hotel Viva Inn offers a convenient location, clean rooms, and a diverse restaurant. However, improvements in timely service would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Rooms are very well maintained. I thought tariffs were a bit higher. It is at Bavdhan and next to Chandani Chowk. Reaching the hotel by vehicle may not be understood by the travellers easily as the lo cation of the hotel is tricky.
