Nice rooms, specially king ones. Bathrooms are good too. Clean and hygiene. However, in gallery there is a constant smell of cigarettes which is little annoying. This could be due to the lack of enough ventilator. Service is great.

Hotel location is ok...Cleaning and hygiene not maintained in rooms. Dust is everywhere in rooms on tables etc. Cleaning in washroom also to maintain. Sleepers also not provided in rooms. If they maintain Cleaning and hygiene in rooms than your experience will be good. Restaurant food also not that much tastey and delicious. Outside food also not allowed in rooms. Pay first than only you will be allowed to live in hotel. Same for restaurant also pay first than you will get your food delivered.

The rooms were clean and spacious basic amenities like water bottle chai dips and etc were given bathrooms were also clean so don't see all negetive comments just go for it if ur not a 5 star or 4 star fan u can definitely consider it and have a nice stay. Breakfast buffet menu was having only two items. Only thing is location which is very remote.

Our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very courteous and polite and also very prompt. We had a 1 yr old baby so we needed service and help quite a number of times. Hotel Manager Ashraf and Loknath were super supportive and helpful.

The worst hotel I've ever experienced in my life. The service was not appropriate at all. The facilities, the location, the hygiene part, breakfast, hotel foods, everything is 1/5. I found cockroaches in my room, there were a lot of cockroaches near the bed area. The kettle was not there, shower handle was broken, the AC stopped working and service staff were useless. When we ordered food, they said only maggi would be available.Now,the location, which was not appropriate at all. It was a shabby area, full of chaos, poor houses, not appropriate for females.Please for God sake don't prefer to this hotel . Not worth the single penny.

The staff were very rude, we asked them for early check-in they said yes, but when we visited there place after making half payment they asked to pay early check-in fee, after so many calls and all they gave us room.. Very unprofessional especially the women receptionist She talks like she is paying the amount very rude.. Not at all recommended for staying. They didn't even provide a bucket and mug and the doors were also broken, Shower gel and soap were already used by someone. I wish I could give them a minus rating for their staff behaviour and room service.

Hygienic room and quick room service, reception staff were very Friendly. The only draw back is location!! Rest everything is perfect
