Treebo Serenity Inn

We stayed here from 19th - 22nd March. Neat and clean rooms. Fantastic hotel on Koregaon Park which is right opposite to the German Bakery. The breakfast was included in the fare and to be honest the choices were minimal but whatever was available was so delicious! The chef i.e. Krishna cooks awesome dishes and my kids really loved the breakfast and the additional meals which we ordered in the room. The staff at the front desk Farah and Pritam are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are kept quite clean and nice. The only thing I found difficult was the breakfast. It was a bit less for the price we paid and the access was not that easy, especially for older guests. Also the breakfast area definitely requires a bit of revamping. The experience leaves you a bit damp.

Tucked away in a filthy cove next to Starbucks Cafe in Koregaon, this hotel was by far one of the worst we stayed at in India. Surprisingly there are top restaurants and cafes around it but the car park was a huge rubbish heap. The hotel itself matched it's surroundings. It took immense strength to resist asking for our room to be cleaned daily because on checking in we found the toilet filthy with urine on the toilet pan from the previous occupants. The cleaner brought cleaner, a really filthy mop and cloth and cleaned up. When I opened the door to check, he had our bath towel in his hand and the cleaner and cloth on the sink. Disgusting. The cross contamination and hygiene practices were shocking. Thank goodness I carry my own disinfectant bathroom wipes and cleaned up after he left. I asked for clean towels but who is to know if he washed his hands before bringing us clean towels. Breakfast was on the 'terrace'. My eyes and tummy were repulsed by and revolted against the untidiness of the place with shoes, dirty linen and other stuff lying around and the uncleaned tables and plastic plates. The food tasted bad and the tea and coffee tasted like dishwater. I dared not look at how the food was prepared even though it was an open kitchen. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat there again so chose to go to the cafes around instead for breakfast. That's the only plus point about this hotel. Stay at Treebo Serenity Inn at your own health risk!

The rooms are really nice but the WiFi sucks. Breakfast options are good, rooms, washrooms are clean and friendly staff.

The location is near to Bund mono rail and easily accessible. The location is great. It is not very noisy. The room was neat and clean. The toilet was well cleaned and the shower has hot water.

Excellent stay. Farah at the reception was very polite and helpful. The food is very good . The staff is well groomed and polite. .Must stay when in Pune

Rooms are clean, well behaved staff. Decent food, cafe near by.
