Broken Metress, Smelly rooms, entire day & night loud noise of traffic, very bad in taste & un hygiene breakfast. Half of the staff have rude behaviour & rest of them are foolish type. NEVER EVER STAY THERE

Excellent location and wonderful staff but very very poorly kept rooms. Breakfast is not good. Food truck adjacent to this hotel is available from 11am onwards.

The problem starts right at the reception. The lady at the reception doesn't know what hospitality is. I arrived a little earlier than my check in, so was told by her that there are no clean rooms available. However, upon insisting a little that we can get the room cleaned later, she told me that you can pay 560 rs and get the room now. Upon asking her, how magically a room has become available suddenly, she was flabbergasted. The room itself is quite small, and UNCLEAN. I spotted a few cockroaches here and there. The housekeeping is next to negligible as there were no towels, the liquid soap bottle was almost empty. The breakfast was so limited. Hardly 2 to 3 choices. If you want eggs, you gotta pay. The second star is just because of the hospitality shown by the breakfast lady and the location being close to JW Marriot where I had some work. If you wanna overpay for a hostel, this hotel is perfect for you. I, on the other hand am UNDERWHELMED.

Great place to stay for low cost travelling. Breakfast was pathetic . Dining option not available as hotel don't have kitchen or restaurant facilities. You may enjoy food n coffee at nearby cafe n joints. Room was just ok. Very close to Chaturshringi temple (Walkable). Pavilion Mall is also Walkable for shopping, food n movies.

The rooms are not as shown in the pictures. The service provided by the staff is also not satisfactory. Hotel reception staff is also unprofessional and unhelpfull. Even for a single water bottle, they overcharge it 50%. Don't book this hotel.

Honestly location is only positive.from breakfast to rooms is below average.rooms are older but cleaning could have been better.you will.get cockroaches and ants in the room.brekfast tatse was bad. even tea was bad.

The Staff was very nice and helpful Room was Nice and felt safe in the property Breakfast was decent Over all experience is very good
