Treebo Regency - Hotel near Dhole Patil Road

On jan 12 midnight and start of 13-01-2025 .I had one of the worst and most horrifying experiences at this hotel. I arrived around 1:00-1:30 am and requested a room. To my shock, there was a single staff member--a young boy, slightly on the heavier side--who was sleeping at the reception desk. When I inquired about a room, he outright denied availability. I mentioned that the website was showing rooms available, and only then did he admit that one room was left, but it would cost me 3,800 plus taxes. What the staff member didn't know was that I had stayed here just five months ago, and back then, I paid 3,500 (all-inclusive) for one of the best rooms. This disparity in pricing felt unfair and dishonest. What made matters worse was the overall behavior and lack of hospitality. It is incredibly upsetting to face this kind of treatment, especially when you're traveling with your wife. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management. I strongly urge the management to train their staff in proper hospitality and professionalism. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant or stress-free stay.

1 Star (even that feels too much) I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a premium room through Treebo staff, completed the payment, and expected a smooth check-in. However, upon arrival, I was shown a regular room instead of the premium one I paid for. When I pointed this out, they demanded an additional 500 for the premium room. This place feels like a scam--just focused on taking more money. Definitely not worth it!

Comfortable stay, hygiene Rooms, Tasty food, and staff is very good, prompt services. I am regularly visiting for office purposes and always prefer to stay here. Thanks to all staff of hotel for your amazing services.

I recently stayed at Treebo Regency and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, the staff is courteous, and the amenities provided are good for the price range. The breakfast spread was fresh and well-prepared, which added to the positive experience. However, I feel the cleanliness of the bedsheets could be improved. While the room was tidy, the sheets seemed slightly spotty, which affected the overall comfort. With some attention to this detail, the hotel could easily elevate its standards further. Would definitely recommend Treebo Regency and look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit!

Bad condition of room. Torn bed sheets, leaking toilet seats, rude staff. Food was below average. Price is not worth the experience. Would only recommend if someone has no other option.

Staff and room service was superb. Rooms should have bathroom with exhaust fan, no ventilation in bathroom. My mom felt breathless while taking bath for 15 min due to lack of oxygen. Its very basic, surprise to see bathroom without ventilation facility. Second I have to ask to change my bedsheet as I saw body hairs on it. Third fan was too noisy and AC was not that effective. Though they help with fan repairing service but still it was same. Fourth and last breakfast could have served hot, there should be facility to keep food hot till 3-4 hrs. Rest location is good, staff are really nice and helpful.
