Treebo Excellent Home

I was not sure about the hotel. But had reached pune at 10pm and called up to book it. Reaching the place is a bit tricky. Was confused how a hotel is in a small lane like this. But the security at the entrance of the society told us how to reach. Total value for money. Would have loved to stay for 1 more day but couldn't.

Treebo Excellent homes should change their name to fraud homes. The manager and lady does not have any manner to talk to customer. Was just arguing and deamanding about the extra pay of my daughter who was just 10 yrs old...which was not decided at the time of booking and the demand was after our 2 hours of stay..I am not sure how she runs the hotel. Very rude pathetic behaviour. No honor 0f any commitments. False information. Service is not at all good.Poor food quality.. Very bad experience... Suggest not to visit

While the location is good, the approach is towards the far end of the road...though not difficult to locate. Rooms are okay. Few with and few without a dressing. Cleanliness is lousy. Needs a lot of improvement. Service is, generally speaking, good enough. Food can be skipped. I had breakfast and it was too oily. The chai wasn't good. But when feedback was given, the evening tea was much better.

Very good staff he charged 700 for just an extra bed while it was a complete bed and not just a mattress but still 200 would have been enough....except this The rooms were top class...one of the best ones I have seen for the price point

It's very delightful. Ambience is like home stay away from home. The location to get in is quite tricky but you will be awake with birds sweet songs around.

This property is not a full fleged hotel. There are few rooms/floors taken by Treebo (earlier OYO 7275) which are rented to travelers. This is primarily a residential building. Property is not easy to locate, as you enter Varsha Park, it's way down the lane towards the end and there are no signages. Google maps is your best friend to locate. There is no board outside on the premise that says Treebo Hotel. It seems the residents have raised an objection on putting a hotel board which to some extent is fair in their part. If you don't find anyone on the ground floor, to guide you, you will never come to know that the reception is on the 3rd floor ! This floor is one flat in the building that has reception, breakfast area, laundry and waiting area. Coming to the rooms. We were on the 1st floor. They have converted the entire flat into a rented accommodation. So with the room you get a fully furnished, living room, dining room, kitchen, bar setup (locked), and 2 independent bedrooms inside the flat. Rooms are well maintained, clean, with all basic amenities you would expect - a large wardrobe, big balcony, individual wi-fi, AC, television with a set-top box in rooms. Kitchen was a little disappointing as it seemed no one opens and cleans the cabinets, there were spider webs in all cabinets, electric kettle was lying around, all sachets of everyday milk powder were expired. Same with the tea/coffee pouches, looked as if lying there since months. Breakfast seems to be a fixed menu of the day. We got upma in our breakfast. Tea/Coffee can be ordered additional. If you wish the service staff to prepare meals for you, then inform in advance and they cook both veg and non veg. There is also a gym area but unfortunately the condition is very poor. Machines are non functional, free weights not cleaned since ages. The staff and other boys managing the property sleep there at night. Overall, if you are on a short business trip, all you need is a room to sleep at night and go back to work next day then this property is fine. If you are on a leisure trip, want to have late night fun, music party etc, then this is not the place for you. You would not want to get into a mess with residents staying there.

Aura homes hotel my experience is very very best. Room service is very good. All staff is very good best hotel and breakfast is very nice

A beautiful home made into a hotel, with large spaces for relaxation, gives a feeling of someone in a bungalow. The staff is courteous
