Awesome experience, great service, clean room, Good wifi. Can be improved - Room telephone is not working most of the time - It's difficult to find location of the hotel as it's get confused with restaurant.

The entire stay was good. Though there were few issues on the 1st day, it was addressed and taken care well. Polite and mannered staff, with excellent dining option where variety of veg options are available that suits the taste buds. Complimentary Bfast menu that comes along with the room booking can be improved.||Overall rating is GOOD.

Small room size, poor management, only paratha in breakfast nothing else. Not worth the price you pay.

Disappointing Experience: Hotel Stay Amidst Construction Noise I recently stayed here for 1 Night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to ongoing construction noise nearby. While the hotel itself had its charms, the incessant racket from the construction site next door significantly marred my stay. Upon checking in, I wasn't informed about the construction, which was already in full swing. The noise began early in the morning and persisted throughout the day, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy any semblance of tranquility in my room. Instead of waking up to the gentle hum of the city, I was greeted by the jarring sounds of heavy machinery and banging. The disruption wasn't limited to just noise; there were also occasional vibrations that reverberated through the walls, adding to the discomfort While I understand that renovations and development are necessary, especially in bustling urban areas, it's disappointing that the hotel didn't take proactive measures to mitigate the impact on guests. A simple heads-up about the construction when booking or upon check-in would have allowed me to make an informed decision or at least mentally prepare for the inconvenience The Lift in Very Very Compact hardly accommodates 2 people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Worst hotel ever. My best friend booked a room here, 1 couple and the girl's sister. The couple were married, however the girl has not changed her surname to her husband's so the hotel DENIED check in, EVEN after presenting the marriage certificate. Their customer care did not help, manager sucks. Beware of the terrible people they are. They left three people new to the city absolutely hanging in the night, with no place to go on the very last minute. It's a shame that such a place exists in a city like Pune, staff should be sued.
