We had booked the place for a marriage gathering of 25 people, and it turned out to be a shameful experience in front of all our relatives. The food service and quality were extremely poor, and we had to ask for basic things multiple times, often waiting for hours. The bedsheets provided were dirty, and when we requested a clean set, we were told that what we had was the best they could offer. Attaching a photo for reference. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion.

Had a very pleasant experience with Atithi's hospitality. Stayed there for a family function and all guests praised for the service. Very clean room, good food and very humble and supportive staff. Location is very convenient also.

Exceeded expectations! I stayed at Atithi Comforts Inn during my daughter's Taekwando competition at Balewadi Stadium, Pune. Initially, I had some doubts, but the moment I entered the room, I was impressed. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The toilet was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and supportive. My experience was so good that I recommended it to fellow parents, who also booked the hotel. To maintain this high standard, I suggest the hotel continues to prioritize cleanliness and upkeep. Highly recommended!

A Disappointing Stay at Treebo Atithi Comfort Inn My recent one-night stay at Treebo Atithi Comfort Inn was unfortunately far from comfortable. While the rooms were spacious, the experience was significantly marred by issues with cleanliness and room maintenance. Upon entering one of our rooms, we were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor of raw fish. Despite my complaint, the staff simply stated they were out of room freshener and would address the issue in the morning. This was unacceptable, especially as the problem persisted throughout the night. The situation worsened when I discovered the condition of the bedding and pillows. Both were stained, and the pillows were visibly molded. While the staff did provide a replacement pillow after my complaint, it was only marginally better and still showed signs of mold. This clearly demonstrates a lack of concern for basic hygiene and guest safety. The mattress was also excessively soft and springy, contributing to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Frankly, discovering the state of the pillows was truly appalling. Breakfast the following morning was mediocre at best, with a limited selection. However, I must commend the staff for the excellent tea they served. One positive note was the hotel's willingness to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was a helpful gesture. Despite the room size and the luggage storage service, the significant cleanliness issues, particularly the moldy pillows and the lingering fishy smell, completely overshadowed any positives. I would not recommend Treebo Atithi Comfort Inn based on this experience. The lack of attention to basic hygiene and maintenance is a serious concern and needs to be addressed immediately by the hotel management.

Rooms were very clean... In fact the entire premise was clean... Food was very tasty... Hospitality was excellent... Staffs were very polite and co-operative...

We booked entire property in advance(3 months) for our pre wedding functions. The rooms are well maintained and the property is clean. However, their management and service is pathetic. At the time of booking, they mentioned different rates for food and tried to change a lot at the actual service time. Asking for different charges for basic things like mattress and pillows. Though we had booked the entire property for our use, they were reluctant to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as per our timing. Moreover, they have poky neighbors who always come and shout if you are having fun. According to their neighbors, no one should arrive late and there should be no fun in a wedding function. Forget odd timings, the neighbors poke their nose even in the evening time and mornings. Sad part is that they take the bookings for weddings and have absolutely no control over the people. Please note that we had checked that this is a commercial property and then only booked the same. Not recommended at all for any functions. Service guys were also pathetic and very late. They would not talk to you before charging for anything. They will just add money in the bill.

Had a very mixed experience at this place. Its good for a big family, we had the entire hotel booked for a week has we travelled there for a wedding. Rooms are big and extra beds are available. Service was slow, room cleaning or any other service had to be asked for a multiple times. Staff is courteous, manager needs to develop communication skills very rude with guest. Owner is helpful and understanding. Apart from this the management had no control over anything. We had water shortage issue almost 3 days. They have one poky neighbour who keep complaining that this place is illegal and do not allow people to even have a conversation, leave alone playing music. Some instances of her interuption. Post 10 pm even if we whispered or had a conversation or shared some laughs with each other that one neighbour complained about the sound. She continously interupted on a daily basis even when we were sitting on the first floor lobby and having normal conversations she had issues with the sound.
