Tranquil La Casa

A very good hotel in this price range. The building may not look great from outside but the rooms are aesthetic, well furnished, and clean. The staff is courteous, accomodative, and helpful.

Best ! Mr. Ashok at the reception helped us through everything. Warm and Helpful person. Clean room, great service and also suggest food and mobility options.

Location - excellent Food and amenities - no in house kitchen. If you want they will arrange from outside. Not much of a problem since lots of eating places are nearby Rooms - small but well maintained My only issue was with checkout time. It was 10 am!! I feel that it should ideally be 12 noon.. yes they gave me an extension is one hour, but still why should the checkout time be 10 am?

Only positive thing was room size, but at a very high price (Premium room). Apart from this, no room service was there, no room cleanup, no paper roll in bathroom, dirty kettles with no spare one available, dirty cups, tv not working properly (used to hang), no linen/pillow cover change. Even if u requested for something at the reception, they used to just hangup without responding properly whether they are gonna take care of that request or not. The coffee/tea pouches were old, cupboards were smelly with dirty pillows kept inside it. Absolutely zero ventilation in the room. Corridors were so congested that barely one person can walk at a time. No lift. When called for anything we requested/needed, they got irritated as they had to climb stairs everytime. This review is of a premium room with high price. God knows what would be the condition of normal smaller rooms there. Overall, a pathetic stay. Existing Reviews doesn't seem to be in sync with my experience at all.

It was an amazing stay at La casa I loved the rooms and the series was super fast and up to the mark . I would like to visit same if I come to Pune .

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness throughout my stay.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice and pleasant. Every facility was taken care of. Just a little overpriced when it comes to extra bedding. The staff is very cooperative and well mannered.
