Townhouse OAK The Citiotel Near Shaniwar Wada

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and while the room was clean and comfortable, it was far from a relaxing experience. There were constant loud noises, including furniture being moved upstairs, doors banging, and staff talking loudly in the hallways. The environment was disruptive and not suitable for leisure or a peaceful stay. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's more suited for a short, functional visit rather than a calm getaway.

Staff were well behaved and helpful, good food , their deluxe room was full so they upgraded my booking to suites without any extra charges, overall my experience is very good here

Nice affordable hotel rooms in the heart of city. Restaurant and bar facility available. Parking space available for customers. Staff is supportive and polite.

I stay there for 1 night. Service was poor. The oyo sales person allows to stay with driver but the hotel management denied the same. . After long discussion they managed a small pantry room space for my driver. We need hot water for bath on morning. I got facility after 1.30 hour by requesting many times. The staff answered with just like uddvaauddviicii uttre.. It is an adjustment experience for me. The hotel board shows the name "Krishna Presidency" but the Oyo website shows townhouse OAK .

Just wanted to share my experience so any other customer doesn't feel same. 1. Seems like a habit to charge extra money from customers basis hotel availability. 2. Room doesn't have basic amenities like water was questioned if I need paid water or free 3. Had cockroaches all around room 4. Dirty towel was given 5. Bed sheets were bad as well 6. Stains all across rooms Thanks but wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

After reading all reviews I hesitated to book room but when I stayed there I found and experienced everything ok. Check in was hassle free with any extra cost Staff was polite, guest policy was extremely couple friendly, room and bathroom was well maintained neat and clean, hot water was available round the clock. There was disturbance, no noise at all. All premium liquor brands were available but they charged rupees 200 more than MRP.

Rooms are not clean, they stink. The washrooms are okay not so good but manageable. The restaurant on ground floor known as "Kwality" is pathetic. I went there with my family, we sat in the family section and ordered food. When the food came there were all flies and cockroaches everywhere on the table appeared out of no where. They have not maintained the family section. The insects tend to come from unhygienic tables and furniture which is not cleaned property. The management is poor, they are casual about this, when we shouted to call the manager about this they were very casual like nothing happened. And lastly, they had the audacity to give us the food bill when we had not eaten.

Was excellent stay. Real good value for money. Easily accessible. checkin process, ambience, comfort all can be rated excellent.we came on 31st dec . On my fiancees birthday. The all staff are very carring and excellent from the workers to manager.. I didn't get this type of service from any other hotel.. It was really nice experience for us Thanks to oyo and thanks to all hotel staff. We would like to visit again . You guys made a day for my fiancees birthday .Really appreciate to all . keep it up .
