Townhouse 1152 Falcon Executive

Stayed here for 3 days, it's a great hotel baner area which quite within budget. Staff is polite and owner is humble and they strive to serve. Definitely recommended!

The location is fantastic, situated perfectly in the Baner-Pashan area, making it super convenient for travelers. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is just a stone's throw away. The staff were nothing short of amazing - polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Pratik, the owner, who truly goes above and beyond. His personal connection with guests to ensure everything is perfect adds such a thoughtful touch to the stay. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in the Baner-Pashan area. The combination of comfort, excellent service, and prime location makes it a top-notch choice. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I booked it through OYO, but upon arrival, the hotel staff denied my check-in, claiming the property was sold out. However, OYO had not updated the status. To make matters worse, I encountered two other guests with the same issue. The truth is, the hotel was not sold out--they simply demanded more money than the rate shown on OYO. In front of me, they gave a room to a walk-in customer willing to pay more. I contacted OYO customer service, but the hotel owner remained rude and refused to honor the booking. OYO eventually relocated me to another property. I strongly advise against booking this hotel--it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience

Very pleasant experience at falcon , friendly staff , clean rooms overall a great experience. Must visit the food they provide is also nice . Will surely visit the next I visit Pune .

Good Hotel Only one suggestion to owner/mgmt please build Grills on balcony you never know Mishaps can happen anytime.

Exceptional lodge experience The staff were super friendly and cooperative . They never tried to breach the room's privacy, also the check in process was seamless. My room was super clean and spacious , definitely worth the money . I will definitely recommend this lodge for family and couples.
