The President Hotel - Banquets - Restaurant & Bar

I had a fantastic thread ceremony of my child here in hotel president. It was a very pleasurable experience with good service and excellent food specially managers Mr Nitin Sathe help us at every step and made our programs special thank you so much what are President and Mr Sathe.

We had a training here by the Kotak Education Foundation. The hotel is nice. The service and ambience is pretty good. The food was also tasty. We had snacks in the morning and evening and lunch and dinner too. The overall food quality is really nice. The conference halls are spacious but need white lights as the present light arrangement is quiet dim to attend educational conference. Other amenities are nice.

Nice budget hotel. Good location, parking is a slight challenge but ok. Close to the metro station. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodate requests. Food is good and tasty with fast service. The buffet breakfast could've better. I will surely stay next time too.

It's an Old Hotel but very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, Old LCD tv was there and also a mini fridge. Plenty of Parking is available. The breakfast buffet is limited but Okay... Ordered a few starters like chicken drumsticks (3/5) Baby corn (3/5) and Chicken tikka (5/5).

A decently priced hotel in Pune's prime area. Good quality rooms. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. They need to keep firm matress and pillows instead of plush

We had a Musical get-together. We had over all good experience. But we were disappointed bcoz we had given advance a month before the function and while deciding menu the Manager disagreed with the commitments he made like we cannot give two vegetables and ice cream cream in this package. Where as we had everything in writing. Then finally he agreed after a discussion. One tea around 11.30 was verbally decided between us which he said mai dedunga add karke he refused and charged us more for that single tea. Our budget gets disturbed as we cannot ask our members for more money. As organisers we look for a long term agreements and its really disappointing to have such unpleasant experience from a reputed hotel. My message is for management and sales team. Just for sake of sales dont cheat the customers.
