The Orchid Hotel Pune

I've been staying at Orchid Baner, Pune since 2015, and it truly feels like a second home. The property is consistently well-maintained, and the management is always responsive and professional. A special mention to Simona--she has been incredibly helpful throughout the years. Whether it's a minor request or a larger concern, Simona is always available, courteous, and quick to assist. Her dedication and support have made my long stay here even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Orchid Hotel, Pune, was truly wonderful. From the front desk to in-room dining and housekeeping, every team member was incredibly helpful and welcoming.||A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Swapnil, Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Deepak, Ms. Sujata, and the entire team for their outstanding service. Hotel facilities are excellent. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. Mr Yogesh wakode front office staff behaviour and services were excellent. During stay there was feeling like home. I will recommend to stay there with family. Food quality was also good.

We stayed in a group at this property which was overall good but there were a few concerns. There was no AC available and the fan was not working. We raised a complaint but there was no proper response only vague replies. The flush was also in poor condition and not functioning well. Our main issue was with the food quality. It was tasteless and the caretaker's service was inadequate. They used rough language. wasted our time.

Supriya and Simona from guest Relation is very Cooperative and helpfull. She helped us a lot in our stay and informed so many things,I really enjoyed my Stay, will definately come back to Orchid..The Food is also Good so many options in Breakfast. Thank You

As a 'conventional' hotel they were very good. Marks for that. They need to review their procedures to receive cyclists. We (and several others) checked in for easy 4 AM access to the adjacent sports complex for a bicycle event. They just couldn't think out of the box and even allow us to enter through the In gate and were directing us to a gate further away used for service. In other words the mode of transport of arrival decided where we went. I would have worked to capitalise on the event putting up banners saying we welcome the cyclists who are to participate in the event. Maybe next time.
