The Grand Sarovar Inn & Suits

I stayed in this hotel with my family and had booked two rooms; the stay was for a night as I had to be in Manchar to attend an examination. My stay in Hotel Grand Sarovar was extremely pleasant and very comfortable. A big call out for the entire front desk associates especially Mr Himmat Singh who ensured that all needs were met including helping me to park my vehicle in a very convenient spot. It was very thoughtful and kind of the hotel to send over iced mojitos for us after a long journey . In addition- the rooms were very well maintained and nearly new with all the equipments working and no power issues. The AC was a huge blessing in this blazing Pune summer heat. Now on the restaurant part - the in-room service was fast and prompt; the staff was very cooperative and eager to help; the quality of food and quantity was perfect and reasonably priced - we had ordered some Indian and Chinese cuisine and they were very well prepared and served with out any delay; another special call out for Mr Manoj from the dining/ restaurant team for accommodating our requests. Finally - to top it off they gave a discount on the bill - a very pleasant surprise and offered complementary dessert which we had to refuse as all of us were full. The check out experience was also very smooth- as I had to leave very early to reach the examination center which was another 33 kms from there. All in all - hotel Grand Sarovar and its team made our stay a very memorable one Thanks to all of you

Rooms are Ok. But considering surrounding, we can say It is better. Food taste is good but hygiene is nit maintained in kitchen. I found hair in food ordered.

We recently dined at The Grand Sarovar and had an amazing experience! We ordered the pasta, which was incredibly delicious - the flavors were spot on! We also tried the Munchow soup, which was absolutely yum. The combination was a winner. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Horrible Experience This was my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it will absolutely be my last. The service during my two-day stay was pathetic. I booked the hotel with dinner included, and the treatment I received was nothing short of disgraceful. At dinner, the staff behaved as though I was invisible. Nobody bothered to ask what I wanted to eat, and placing an order felt like begging for attention. I had to wait a ridiculous 50 minutes for my food while watching others being served promptly. The staff avoided eye contact, acted indifferent, and it was clear that they treat people based on their personal biases. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable. I have never felt so disrespected as a guest. This hotel's standards have clearly dropped to rock bottom. Stay away if you value your time, money, and dignity!

One of the best hotel in chakan chowk. Earlier limited to best hotel in chakan but this one is good. Rooms are decent and neat. Room service is good. I stayed for 12 days . Area of improvement is the bathroom which is too small. Food can be improved especially spread looks similar but hygenic is well maintained and so do service persons. Can provide fridge which is a great miss.

Very nice and cooperative staff. Clean and hygienic rooms. I would highly recommend the restaurant. The food served is really delicious and good. The restaurant staff is really good and welcoming, specially the Anil sir.

A grateful thanx to HIMAT ji (GM at this hotel) Am staying here around 53 days It's a amazing experience & next time I want to stay there only As a traveller I want to lil improvement at hotel like your room accessories and breakfast Anyway everything good .
