Exceptional Stay at Imperial Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel in December 2025, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Whether for business or leisure, the convenience of its location is a major plus. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining a spotless and comfortable environment. The room was well-appointed, with fresh linens, a spacious layout, and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, the Imperial Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent location, pristine rooms, and top-notch service. I will definitely choose Imperial Hotel again for my future visits.

I had a really overall pleasant experience. Positives: 1. Check-in was smooth, I arrived at around 4am, the guy got up, was understanding of the time and checked me in promptly. 2. Was able to easily extend the time as the room I was staying was available! 3. The room service was prompt and I have no complaints about the food. Was acceptable. No regrets 4. Watchman was nice and well behaved as well! 5. Quite spacious, clean room. 6. Decent ambiance. Negatives: 1. Towel was a bit dirty! 2. Soap/shampoo was basically cheap af!

We booked a room here for 1 night via booking.com as a rest stop between long travel days. My booking.com profile clearly states I am from the UK and nowhere in the description or property policies did it state that foreigners were not allowed. After 12 hours of travelling we were turned around at the desk and told to leave because they "don't accept foreigners" They didn't even try to assist or apologise to us they just turned us away and left two tourists stranded in the middle of Pune with no hotel for the night. Why not state that you don't accept foreigners on the booking and then we wouldn't be left without somewhere to stay? Really bad service.

I had a month of stay at this great property and it's amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. It's was such a comfortable stay that can't be explained. The staff here are very humble, respectful and nice with the guest. Overall it was a wonderful stay here. Must recommended

Me and my wife were in Pune for last 2 days to attend the wedding reception of a dear friend in Karve Nagar. The Grand Imperial Hotel seemed to have the most authentic 5 star reviews on most websites. We booked through Amazon (Make my Trip). The location is very convenient in Narhe near Pune bypass (Before Katraj off Mumbai Bengaluru highway - NH 48). The checkin time was at 12 PM, but they let us check in early at 11AM without any questions asked. They gave us a deluxe room although we had booked a classic room due to availability without charging a penny extra. The reception staff was very friendly. Enough free parking was available for our Car. The Deluxe AC room was very spacious with a separate living, dressing, bed and work area with a clean washroom with 24 hour hot water. The Restaurant (RK's) is very delicious. We had booked for only one day online, but extended out stay for another day offline and continued with the same room at a similar tariff.
