I recently visited this hotel for an official meeting and had a comfortable and satisfying experience overall. Location & Accessibility One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its prime location. It is centrally situated, making it easy to access from different parts of the city. The railway station is just 3-4 km away, which is a big plus for travelers arriving by train. Additionally, since the hotel is located on the main road, transportation options such as taxis, auto-rickshaws, and public buses are easily available. Ambience & Reception The hotel's ambience is quite impressive, with well-maintained interiors and a peaceful environment. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a decent and elegant reception area. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality makes the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Service & Parking The valet parking service is available, which is helpful, but the parking area is quite limited and a bit congested. The security and valet staff, however, are quick to assist and ensure that guests don't face any issues while parking their vehicles. I have never had such a terrible experience at any hotel I've stayed in--and I travel frequently for work. 1) The centralized AC system is a disaster. The vents are filthy, and instead of cooling the room, the AC functions like a heater. I called reception twice--no one picked up. I then called the operator, who said he would send room service to check. After 35 minutes, no one showed up. I called again, and it took another 10 minutes for someone to finally arrive--only for them to provide a solution which never worked. I barely slept through the night. 2) The entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke. 3) The rooms are poorly lit, the plumbing is a mess, and the shower dumps straight into a broken bathtub. The sink keeps getting clogged. 4) Breakfast was a joke--just four or five items, including two fruits, and everything was bland. They even serve canned juice instead of fresh juice. There are far better hotels in this price range. This was a complete waste of money.

I recently stayed at The Centurion Hotel, because of its location being near to my office and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at front desk provided misleading information. He was uncooperative, unapologetic, and displayed an arrogant attitude when concerns were raised. Despite attempting to resolve the issues politely, there was no effort from the management to address or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I expect a basic level of honesty and customer service from any establishment, and The Centurion Hotel fell far short of that standard. I would not recommend this hotel to others and hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve future guest experience.

A big no to stay at this property for any kind of traveler. This hotel is Scam||One of the worst hotel in Pune with zero hospitality knowledge. Specially the staff Ms. Mansi and Mr. Omkar. ||Highly recommended not to stay in this property. I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room service was incredibly slow. The breakfast was awful, with poor quality food, and to make matters worse, someone found a cockroach in their meal! Overall, this place is far from what you'd expect for the price.

The only thing good about the place is it's location. That is it. The first room they gave me had water sprayed all the way out if the bathroom. The second room they gave had water everywhere around the commode leaking from the hand spray. Towel was yellow, had mold stains. Room smelt humid and AC couldn't be controlled. Bed was literally 2 single mattresses placed together with no support. Dimly lit room with paint peeling from moisture. Oh and my room had baby roaches in it. Not at all worth the money. Doesn't deserve the rating it had at all. There are better value for money hotels in the area than this.

The location of the hotel is very strategic being very near to Shivajinagar railway and metro station. The staff is non cooperative, ignorant, argumentative and arrogant. Guests had to call housekeeping, reception, room service several times and wait for hours for a request to be compiled. Cleanliness, housekeeping, food quality and quantity is poor except the breakfast in which also several times the items are unavailable due since they are prepared in insufficient quantity and guests had to wait for a long time. Restaurant staff is not properly trained for the hospitality industry. All A-La-Carte items are too expensive and of insufficient quantity with very poor quality. Buffet is equally bad. Lot of scope is there for improvement in delivering quality of service. Not at all disabled friendly as there are no ramps, moreover the staff is quite indifferent towards them. Never visited any hotel so pathetic. Very disappointed. Actual rating should be minus but can't rate it below zero.
