We are seated in the AC lounge, and while we appreciate the ambiance, there are a few areas for improvement. The service has been slower than expected, especially when it comes to taking our order. It would be helpful if the waiter staff could focus on being more attentive and ensure tables are cleaned promptly. Additionally, enhancing the food quality could significantly elevate the dining experience.

We stopped by Kalyan Veg Restaurant for breakfast and were thoroughly impressed! We ordered the masala dosa, sambar idly, and veg sandwich, and each dish was a hit! The food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The service was also prompt and friendly. One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Pune, this place offers a wide variety of options, including snacks, meals, cold drinks, ice creams, and more. Veg lovers will definitely enjoy and relax here. However, it can be somewhat rowdy and noisy, making it suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacking, among other things. The only problem is that it can be very difficult to find parking. If you have a car, you may need to park it elsewhere. If you are lucky, you might find a parking spot nearby. Overall, the food is good, and the hygiene and service are satisfactory.

The place can get really busy during rush hours because it's centrally located (2 min walk from Kalyani Nagar Metro station) and serves some good food. Parking, particularly if driving a four wheeler, can be a hassle. But once inside the service is rather quick. It has been an old establishment and the food is good but nothing that stands out as trademark of the place.

Worst Taste I ever had in the restaurant. I ordered kaju sabji and it's was not even properly cooked. Even we are able to taste red chilli powder which is not cooked at all. No service for serving as well. Spoil my Mother's entire birthday party.

The waitstaff seemed more focused on clearing tables quickly rather than ensuring diners had a comfortable experience. It was quite off-putting to see tables being cleaned while we were still eating, which disrupted the meal entirely. Hygiene is another major concern. The rush and lack of attention to cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the meal.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unaccommodating and Rude Management. We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. After a long fasting period due to multiple blood tests at Budhrani Hospital, we stopped here for breakfast with my elderly parents. Given their medical condition and dietary restrictions, we requested a simple, low-salt, and less-spiced meal. Unfortunately, they had no such options available. Understanding the situation, we politely asked if we could serve a home-cooked tiffin meal to my parents while ordering regular items for the rest of us. Instead of showing any empathy, the management responded with arrogance and outright refused in an extremely rude tone. As a result, we had no choice but to feed my parents inside our car, parked in the scorching heat--an utterly avoidable and inhumane situation had they shown even a little consideration. I sincerely urge the owner or higher management to reflect on this behavior. Hospitality isn't just about serving food--it's about understanding and accommodating genuine needs. Hope you reconsider your approach towards customers in the future. Note: If the management wishes to verify the authenticity of this incident, I am willing to share the invoice as proof.
