Overall good short stay for sure. Smooth Check-in, Clean Rooms, Clean Linen, Clean washrooms, Got relaxing hot water from shower, A/C was working fine. All box checked. I chose this property for my one day trip to Pune, after reading all different reviews of other premium properties. I chose to stay 5 kms away but at the end, it was worth it.

Our stay at Super Hotel O Jadhav Nagar Near Sinhgad College - Pune by OYO was a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property for the sake of your safety and sanity. Here's what happened: I, along with my wife, parents, and 7-year-old asthmatic child, had a horrifying experience. While using the lift, we got stuck because it was overloaded. Shockingly, there was no capacity information posted, and the property owner, who watched us board the lift, didn't caution or inform us. Once stuck, the lift descended to the underground basement, the power inside went off, and my child started panicking. We repeatedly cried for help, but the staff casually walked away and ignored our distress. After several shouts, they gave us a cold and dismissive reply, asking us to wait 5-10 minutes as there was no technician available at midnight (12 AM). My son's condition worsened, and out of desperation, we started forcing the door open ourselves. Only then did someone sluggishly come and manually pull the lever to open the lift door. This traumatic incident left my family shaken. Instead of showing empathy or taking accountability, the property staff acted as if this was normal. Their lack of urgency and unprofessional behavior made us feel completely unsafe. Adding to this ordeal, our rooms were on the 3rd floor, and they expected us to climb the stairs after this horrific experience. Exhausted from a long drive from Bangalore to Pune, we decided not to stay at this unsafe property and requested an immediate check-out. The property refused to help and told us to contact OYO customer service. Dealing with OYO was even worse: 1. The first customer service executive put me on hold, and after a while, my call was patched with another frustrated OYO customer from Gurgaon! This operational disaster speaks volumes about OYO's incompetence. 2. After reconnecting, another executive listened to our issue but refused a refund, claiming the hotel owner denied the incident happened. Despite all evidence, OYO trusted the owner's word over ours. 3. OYO's lack of accountability and refusal to help stranded customers late at night in an unfamiliar city is disgraceful. This experience was a complete breach of safety, trust, and professionalism. We have decided to take legal action against both the property and OYO for negligence and causing unnecessary distress to my family. OYO, you do not deserve to operate in the hospitality industry. Your service is appalling, and customer safety is clearly not a priority for you. To anyone considering booking through OYO - don't. It's not worth the risk. Goodbye, OYO.

Too Bad Condition, Room linen were dirty, the manager on duty was not at all polite or worth your time and money

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. I had a reservation booked well in advance, but when we arrived, the hotel refused to allow us to stay because one person out of 4 doesn't have physical ID. To make matters worse, they flatly refused to issue any refund for the booking. This left us stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodation, which was not only stressful but also ended up costing us significantly more. The lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with them, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide decent service--this is not one of them!

One of my preferred hotel when i have work in Karve Nagar area. Hotel staff is very supportive. Stay is value for money. No nonsense business. Clean and hygienic. Highly recommended
