Sunny's World

I recently stayed at Sunny's World for three days and two nights. The overall experience was a mix of good and bad. The food was great, with a variety of options and good taste. The activities were well-organized and enjoyable, making the stay fun and engaging. However, the service was disappointing. The receptionist was not helpful--every time I asked for something, he would say "yes" but never actually follow through. This lack of responsiveness made the experience frustrating. While the place itself is nice, the service needs improvement to match the quality of the food and activities. If they work on better customer service, it would make the stay much more enjoyable. A grand celebrations of our institute was held in the first week of May 25. Total 15000 people attended. Rooms for 50 VIP persons were booked. It is sad to say I and my entire team very much disappointed with the property, service was worst, food not served in time, rooms condition was worst, receptionist behaviour was not cordial. Totally bad. Room service food was not provided. Restaurant service was also very very very poor. I want to comment but I have no suitable words to cooment more. No one should come to this property. Block this.

I wish the log cabins could be maintained decently. It would have been a spectacular stay. The water smelled funky & putrid, the washroom was not very tidy. There were bugs and insects everywhere and with the sweltering heat of Pune , staying outdoors sucked. Great location though & good city view albeit only at night

As of now I believe it's one of the best places for group activities at outdoors and a beautiful retreat place. But if you are planning to go to stay there and experience their lavish tents, please read the further carefully: 1)Topaz tents have open bath but are not safe as the washroom and open bath doors don't have lock from the room side and anything and anybody can easily enter the room, although there's a beautiful view from front of the room and there's no balcony for it.2)Swiss Chalet rooms are amazing, completely of wood, have balcony view where you can actually witness sunrise and sunset and arrange a beautiful candle light dinner in the sit out area for yourself, but you need to ask the service to precool the room else it's difficult to enter during summers. About both type of rooms, the beds aren't comfortable, they are spring mattress and we had severe backpain because of it. About room service, they don't provide any food to the room, only housekeeping service is available that too we have to request them for water and coffee refills for multiple times, I am not complaining about the service, but when I visited I noticed they lacked staff to quickly satisfy customer needs, I guess it'll automatically improve with time. There are superb restaurants at the location and their tastes and ambience are just amazing. The food quality and quantity give a satisfaction as the prices are towards the higher end. About the play area, just amazing, superb harness, cooperative staff, beautiful videos and pictures captured of our activities, overall play area was amazing!! They have good indoor activities as well. The sales person promised me a five star service, but it was hardly 2/3star service . There's spa area, and it's worth experiencing it!!

Good property but overall bad experience||1. Rooms were good but not maintained|2. Beds were torn and poor quality|3. Not all basic service like tea, coffee or milk for toddler served in the rooms|4. No better visibility in the service provided with the package|5. Ruby with food packages not clear visibility what's included what's not, way to high charges|6. Activity for kids and Lunch was all chargeable without any clarification or information provided.|7. Swimming pool were badly managed, for guest lot of restrictions. (no towel, no facilities or security, not cleaned etc.)

Visited for office team building activity. Adventure activities are good and maintained. Other activities like shooting, archery etc are not up to the mark. Food was delicious with lots of options. Service at restaurant was good. Trainers at adventure activities and team building activities were good. That's plus point for Sunny's. Ample parking place available.

We were given rooms that were not cleaned, not dusted, bathroom was dirty, toilet sheet was dirty, had to call housekeeping and followed up with them to get the room cleaned. The cleanliness level is quite low when it comes to room, but the location is great.

An average kind of venue for weddings and functions likes. Wedding hall was good. Dining room was good. The surroundings could have been maintained better to give it better atmosphere feel.
