Sunderban Resort & Spa

Located in the prime Koregaon Park, with lush green surroundings, Suderbans Resorts definitely provides a relaxing and peaceful environment away from the daily routine race. The large rooms and interiors are well done. However the overall feel is more of a home stay rather than a resort. In terms of service, found it a bit slow.

Positive : Rooms are good... Food is good .. Location is good... Negative : We paid for Ground floor garder room and when we checked in we were given 1st floor which has no access to the garden which is the main attraction... please varify before booking...

We visited first time in this resort.... It was more like a dharamshala! Everything was bad starting from check in, then basic amenities like ac, charging plugs were also not working! Anyone reading this review, please don't make a mistake as we did.. Rather go to a the cheapest oyo that you can find to have a better experience than this. we booked room by seeing photos on their site but after coming in the room all things shown were different ...Superior suite are very unhygienic... Suite surrounded by mosquitoes... bathroom are also not clean.... mattress were also not cleaned....we came with great expectations but not worth it. very Bad experience....very unsatisfied...

I have been visiting Subderban for years now and everytime I would come to Pune - there was no other hotel I would agree to stay at. That's how good they USED TO BE.||I recently tried to make my booking and attempted to call the hotel as it was showing sold out on third party platforms. I tried calling them several times (never mind trying the ordeal of trying to find the right number on the internet or their own website) just to make a booking but talking to their team was a painful experience and I just couldn't get through. Finally I got lucky and was able to make a booking on MMT, but unfortunately due to my father's health had to cancel at the last minute. Whilst I understand the booking had a no refund policy, I thought they could make it an exception and maybe move the date. But the team were first NOT APPROACHABLE, REFUSED TO UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION, KEPT ME HANGING SINCE THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS ALWAYS SOMEPLACE ELSE BUT AT THE RECEPTION AND I GOT NO CALL BACK OR CLOSURES FROM THEM OR MAKE MY TRIP. ||I would highly recommend everyone to avoid booking Subderban and it's futile if you have to rely on the MMT team for any closure as well.

Had a wonderful stay at Sundarban Resort, Koregaon Park. The surroundings are peaceful, with plenty of greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. There are many great restaurants nearby, making it a perfect spot for a getaway. If you're lucky, you might even spot peacocks roaming around the lawns! Overall, a great experience.

Peaceful resort with a nice ambiance. We even saw a peacock during our stay. Overall a nice place but the breakfast variety and service could be a bit better.

Prime location, beautiful property, spacious rooms & nice staff. Most recommend.
