St Laurn - Koregaon Park, Pune

We booked the banquet hall at St Laurn for a corporate event. Staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was quite good. The arrangements were handled smoothly, and everything was well-organized. However, the food in the main course was a bit disappointing. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were just average in taste. Considering the price, we expected better quality, especially compared to other buffet options available in the area.

Room serenity is excellent. Bed linen was of top class. Pillow and pillow cover was soft and beautiful . There was writing table in room. They keep paper folder, letter head and envelope in room amenities. Really liked it. The food menu had lot if choices and taste was extremely lip smaking. Server did splendid jod in our tennure of stay.

This hotel is situated at a excellent location but I wish I could say same regarding there the service. This is 4 star hotel and there no hot water and it took them nearly 2 hrs to get it fixed. You need to call like 5 times to address your concern or issue. There was neither to no flexibility by hotel staff. I hope they improve this service or will never recommend it.

I booked this hotel expecting clean rooms and good service, given its prime location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. 1. The room was disappointing--dust and cobwebs on the AC vents, old towels, and an overall shabby appearance. The service was extremely slow; I had to call multiple times for basic requests. The pricing was also unreasonable--156 for a cold drink that typically costs 40, which is more like five-star pricing without the five-star experience. 2. At night, hotel staff assured me that my car would be washed for 250, which I paid. However, the service was never provided, and the hotel showed no concern when I brought it up. I even provided written feedback, but I have no confidence that it will be taken seriously. Apart from the location, there's nothing noteworthy about this place. You can easily find a better hotel nearby for the same price.

Service was very good but there were many strict regulations like guests no allowed even for 1 hour. Food was average and certainly not upto the mark for the quality we would expect from them. The rooms were comfortable and the only other best part were the services

It's almost every alternate month and I am typing this after loosing complete cool after current stay.|I have been more than patient but the service at this hotel is similar to a lodge! Absolutely pathetic.|To begin with on day two they leave my rooms door open after room cleaning , I walk in at night after a long day at work to find my room open, unattended and they have no responsibility but just suggested me to check if anything was lost!!! No apology unless asked for.|Its summer at peak in Pune and they maintain a centralised temperature that would be around 24-25 degrees during peak summer day and night! To add on to the misery their air conditioners cooling doesn't work, so you feel suffocated. I complaint for the first two days, no one did anything. Third day I have them the key at the reception to check if ac needs to be fixed or change my room.|I don't get any calls for switching the room or anything. I get back from work at night, the ROOM IS UNCLEANED despite of giving the key and requesting and Ac shows room is at 25.5 I loose my temper and ask them why the Ac is not fixed and they send a technician at 11:15 pm who then tells me the cooling is less and I should change my room this is all on 3rd night of my stay at 12 am they offer me a smaller room on a way lower floor. Am I paying 5k a night for this???? The manager on duty tells me that's all he can do. Or send a cooler. I literally slept with a cooler in this so called 4 star hotel. Day 4 I leave the key again at the concierge in the morning and request for room to be cleaned and see if AC can be fixed. If not call and inform I'll see if I want to change the room. I was called and told we can offer you a lower category room on 3rd flr (I am on 7th) which is the only room in the hotel that has a better AC. I said I'll see after I get back.|I walk in at 10:30pm, room uncleaned and AC showing room is 27c.|I am frustrated with the service.|They suggested we didn't clean the room because we'll what if you changed the room, why to clean it. Now as I type it is 11pm and someone is cleaning my room. I check out tomorrow and I don't think I'll ever stay here again.|So if you want bad service, pay 5k a night, rot in summer. This is your place to be!

The overall experience was excellent.The stay was great and the facility was nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The service was nice and the receptionist was nice and calm during the entire checkin and checkout process. Would recommend the stay for family as well as couples.
