SPOT ON Hotel Golden Lodge

I had booked a room through online. By that time they did not notify me that there is no power in the hotel. I have booked. It showed 5 kms from my location, when I checked with maps, i was outer from city. There is no cab service available like OLA or RAPIDO. By the time I reached the power was shutdown and i had to charge my phone, because I had to attend important calls. The hotel incharge acted like, he is not involved in this. It was a very bad day and a bad experience. I had almost wasted about 2 hours, that day.

I have booked one room for my father, but the condition of room was pathetic there were staina on the bedsheet and room wa not clean and I can't even say the condition of the washroom and It is not safe to stay please take your decision previously

Worst experience of my life.....Never ever will book room in Oyo...... Please don't ever select this room it's my honest experience.....Nor the location is good and the staff is worst..... Overall a bad experience.

Dirty place , unhygienic rooms & bedsheets & pellows etc... Surly doesn't worth the money I've spent!

Pathetic service first they list themselves on Oyo and take advance money and then deny to check in for room
