SPOT ON 90498 Hotel Golden Crown

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Golden Crown, which I booked through OYO. I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this hotel was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the check-in process was incredibly hectic. I had to contact the area zonal manager of OYO just to be able to check in. This was an unnecessary hassle that should not have been part of my stay. To make matters worse, despite specifically mentioning the need for an air-conditioned room during the booking process, I was asked to pay an additional 800 rupees for an AC room upon arrival. OYO claimed that the AC room designation was a mistake, which is an unacceptable excuse. I had already paid for an AC room, only to be informed that it wasn't actually included. As the night progressed, the horrors continued. The room I was given was locked from the inside, leaving me and my companions stranded outside. Despite having paid for an AC room, we were forced to sleep in a non-AC room. To add insult to injury, the non-AC room was infested with mosquitoes that relentlessly bit us throughout the night. It was impossible to get any sleep in such conditions. The washroom in the non-AC room was in an appalling state. It was unusable due to its uncleanliness, further compounding our discomfort and dissatisfaction with the hotel's overall hygiene standards. What made matters worse was the complete lack of support and assistance from both the hotel staff and OYO's support. We reached out for help during the night, but none was provided. It was a disheartening experience to be left without any guidance or resolution during such a frustrating ordeal. In addition to the subpar facilities, the bedsheets and pillows provided were dirty, which further added to our discomfort. It was clear that the hotel's cleanliness standards were far from acceptable. Overall, my stay at Hotel Golden Crown booked through OYO was an absolute disaster. The check-in process was troublesome, the room was not as advertised, mosquitoes plagued our night, the washroom was unsanitary, and there was no support or assistance from the hotel staff or OYO. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, as it failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and customer service

We made online payment on Oyo. hotel owner and receptionist not give a room. he said online payment is not valid you need to payment there. other one customer also suffer with this same issue. we have a give another Rs.200 for one hours and get room but room (bathroom) was very dirty & bed small in room.

It's the commercial building.....contains many more corporate offices.......very prime location at Baner .....great place
