Sitai Resto & Lounge

I visited this place for dinner with my family, but the experience was very disappointing. The hotel staff was not serious about their work and provided very poor service. I had to ask for paper napkins three times, but they completely ignored me. The food quality was terrible compared to the high cost. I ordered Kaju Paneer Masala, and the taste was very bad. I even gave feedback about the testless dish, but no one seemed care. Overall, the service was extremely poor. I would not recommend visiting this place.

Worst hotel in charholi and dudulgaon area. After long time I visited here but had very bad experience. We found mouse in AC dining area. Also for water bottle they are charging 50 rs. I attached photo as well. I have seen such huge price in india, in Maharashtra and in charholi hahahahahah for water bottle which MRP is only 20.

The food was not at all good . They kept us waiting nearly for 30 minutes for 1 roti . The service was very bad . They were not attending the customers . Every single food items and drinks we ordered were not available .

We got a plastic rubber band in rice This means they have no attention in their kitchen When we asked for discount they argued with us and didn't listen too our problem This is totally so bad experience The staff does not have knowledge about how to treat their customers The staff was eating in front of us and when we asked for mocktail they asked me question that what is mocktail?? It was so bad experience

I had tried chicken biryani and they have added chicken pieces in jeera rice only.... worst experience....

Sitai Resto and Lounge has a nice vibe, but the food and alcohol prices are on the higher side. Overall, it's an average experience considering the cost.

Once upon a time it was the best family resto bar with a variety of food menu. Now a days you get only paneer in the name of veg dishes.
