The location of the hotel is good. Budget rooms are available. Rooms are spacious with a larger queen size bed. They won't provide you with a dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap etc. you will have to carry your own dental kit. Filter supply water is not drinkable due to its odd taste.

Stayed there for 14 days, very spacious rooms and excellent location. Walking distance to goodluck cafe and FC road. Very hospitable environment, friendly and helpful staff and good parking space if you brought your vehicle. Overall pretty descent stay and will surely visit again.

Basic motel, no kitchen & even tea.

This hotel is more of a stay guest house and offers almost no amenities. Apart from shoddy WiFi and air-conditioning there's no other facilities to talk about. Room sizes are good. Hotel upkeep is strictly average. Staff is normally not very polite or helpful. They don't even keep toilet paper or hot water kettles in rooms.

Checked in in this Hotel on 22.04.2017 for one night. Smooth check in and check out, and the reception staff is very co operative.||||Hotel is located in the heart of the Pune city ie in deccan / ShivajiNagar area. Despite being located in such a great location, this is a calm and quite place, free from any noice.||||The owners of this property own in all 3 hotels nearby including this one. All hotels have name "Sai" in common.||||Smooth check in and check out. The room rent is reasonable as this is strictly a budget hotel.||||Rooms are quite spacious rooms, unexpected at this price.||||They don't have in house restaurant. They get your food from outside. But, if you walk a little, you get nice restaurants nearby. Room service is good.||||Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Good property inthe nice perfect location Apte Rd Deccan Gymkhana area near to bus stop metro stn , good eateries .moderately priced good service and clean rooms.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! |I had booked a room through OYO rooms at Hotel Shivsai Palace for one of my associates. We had had a long tiring day and had just arrived in Pune at night. ||When we reached the hotel at 11:30 PM, we were denied entry to the hotel by the manager in charge. To quote him, he told us that "agar OYO se booking kiya hai, toh OYO se Baath karo, hum se nahin."||At this point, we tried checking into two other hotels, which were already booked out due to the long weekend.|Exhausted and on a tight budget, we spent the night in the car to figure out what to do next.||The following day, I called the hotel once again. This time, I spoke to the owner, Mr. Umesh. He told me that it was not his fault that I booked through OYO, despite HIS hotel being listed on OYO. He cursed me, told me not to advise him how to treat customers, told me that he has 4 hotels in Pune and doesn't need to hear a customers feedback on how to run a hotel. He hung up on me.||I called him again, he shouted at me and hung up the phone again.||An owner of 4 hotels who doesn't know the first thing about decency or customer service?! Never in India have I faced someone this rude and never in the hospitality industry has an owner been this disrespectful, unprovoked. ||I am not sure about what the issues were between OYO and the hotel, but keeping a customer stranded in the middle of the night, one who has already made the payment to you (am owner of 4 hotels) is truly unprofessional.||Stay here at your own risk, there are tons of hotels in the area that will treat you with more dignity and respect than this.
