Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. The hospitality and warmth of the staff made all the difference. A special shoutout to Rohini, Ritika, Shraddha, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make us feel at home.||What touched us the most was how kind and attentive everyone was to our daughter. She quickly made friends with the staff, who showered her with sweet treats, small gifts, and lots of playful attention. It truly felt like a home away from home.||Another thoughtful gesture was the complimentary late checkout they offered, allowing us to stay comfortably until the evening without any rush.||This level of care and personal touch is rare to find - we'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, family-friendly experience!

The food was amazing, loved the service. Bhushan sir professionally served us and loved the ambience of the place as well. Great job guys! We will definitely visit again! Kudos to all the cook and the hospitality staff. The deserts were delicious and the service was super quick as well!

It is a bit old style hotel and decor that I like. Service is professional. They are very attwntive and ready to help. Rooms are kept neat and big enough. They have excellent breakfast spread. Dosa may not be the greatest. Goes without saying for many hotels in Pune as I come from Bangalore. The biggest advantage is that everyone speaks English. For the price, a good value for money. However, their pool is for the name sake only. You can go there if you miss the bathtub in the room.

A heartfelt thanks to the amazing room service team Hema, Rushikesh, Shraddha & Sandeep for making my husband's bday so special. The way they decorated our room with such care and creativity truly touched us and made the occasion unforgettable!!||Dining at Chingari was an experience in itself....we were transported to the Mughal era as te unique concept of 3 generation chefs curating a menu that blended tradition with innovation was fascinating!! Each dish told a story , making our meals both delicious and meaningful.||||The spa was the perfect retreat...so relaxing and rejuvenating, it felt like a peaceful escape within the hotel.||||Every moment was marked by thoughtful gestures and unique experiences. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories...||||Thank you team!

I stay here more as a convenience for travel due to it's proximity to Pune Metro. It is an old property that has changed hands many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is ok, nothing to sings praises of. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Being a vegan u had a tough time finding things other than fresh cut fruits and vegetables to eat.

Great ambience and good food! A perfect place for dinner. Mr. Mudassir was way too helpful and went above and beyond in order to make the celebration perfect! The staff has perfect blend of politeness and hospitality! A must visit for romantic candlelight dinner.
