I have checkin on 14th april for 5 night stay, from 1st day there is water problem. They don't have separate Water storage tank. You can use water 2 bucket maximum in a single day. AGODA say we are not responsible for it

One of worst hotel I have ever seen. The hotel manager is very bad, they were asking for very high of money while it was not a room and services are worst.

I was unfortunate to have a room for the second time here. Things are extremely bad here. Perhaps the owner is too old to monitor maintenance here. Taking advantage of his old age, no one cares for this business. I stayed in Room no. 201, to start with the washroom no one has cared to get the taps cleaned since last two years it seems. The stopcock in washroom was broken same as it was on the last trip. Mirror uncleaned from months together. Door latch broken just hanging on one screw. The door itself has one big plank broken creating a big hole. The dustbin has not been washed since last two years. Only one single blanket was given for one couple. Tea was given after several reminders at 08.00am, no tea was served for weak reminders. Solar panels never worked for the whole week during our stay. The wooden almirah smelled till the end of the stay. AC remain unused so I do not know about its health. Though the room was good enough to justify the room rent. Only one window took the responsibility of ventilation after letting the mosquitoes enter at their own will in absence of any mosquito repellant in the rooms. The sleepy staff was kind enough to give one bucket of hot water for a couple, after several reminders.

Worst service ever ... No hot water.. rooms are not clean...washroom not clean..running water from washroom..the worker doesn't talk properly.. no manners... Tv doesn't work ... Basically you will get worst experience

Worst management and management team is rude.

Rooms are ok but there is problem with hot water .. in morning i request ed them for hot water from 7 am to 10 .. very bad service

I don't expect this, the hotel is very good and clean and also well maintained with good service here the default is receptionist don't know proper English and also Wi-Fi is not available in 4th floor and also Wi-Fi speed is 300-400kbps speed only. Remaining all are good and also room prices are also reasonable. This hotel is near to McDonald's and Aroma Hyderabad House.

Rooms are ok spacious for the amount they charge. But need to do impove on cleaniness.
