Absolutely Wonderful Stay - Felt Like Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Orchid Central Pune and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Right from the moment we checked in, the hospitality was top-notch. A big shoutout to Subhojeet and Pranali from the front office who went above and beyond to assist us. Despite a bit of a mix-up with the reservations team, they handled everything smoothly -- arranging a smoking room for us and even extending our checkout time without any extra cost. It was such a relief and really made our stay more comfortable. A special mention to the Front Office Manager (FOM) who ensured we got the best possible tariff, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious suite room which they usually don't sale on OTAs. Their flexibility and understanding truly stood out. The housekeeping team, especially Chetan and Tushar, were amazing as well. The room decoration was done beautifully and right on time, and they maintained cleanliness throughout our stay with a friendly and professional attitude. Lastly, a big thank you to Tejas from the F&B team, who ensured our in-room dining experience was seamless and prompt. Every order was served with care and attention to detail. Overall,bit ups and down but this stay was one of the best we've had in Pune after a long time where they have bathtubs in all the guest rooms, and it's all thanks to the wonderful team at Royal Orchid Central. We felt genuinely cared for, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Good hotel located in a prime area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The in room dining food was good. The service was little slow but maybe it was a weekend. The staff were helpful and polite. They gave us a late checkout as requested. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Overall a good hotel for the price they offer.

Yesterday we celebrated Internationall Women's Day event with Royal Orchid Central. It was an amazing experience. Staff is extremely well mannered and trained at par. Hospitality absolutely . Arrangements for entire event right from decoration, Morning breakfast, starters, lunch and servings during high tea truly deserve 10/10. We had gala time. They delivered as committed to us.

We had been for a wedding event and really enjoyed our time. The service was great and the food was amazing. The venue was wonderfully decorated and being open air, it was very refreshing under the clear skies. Highly recommended for any get togethers.

Had a absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Each and every aspect of this hotel is awesome. The room at this hotel is good size, and well maintained. Overall room ambience is good. The service is also very fast and good. Housekeeping staff are a gem. They helped me a lot during my stay. Breakfast was outstanding. I stayed 3 nights, for all 3 times, breakfast was awesome. Also, the outside security are very polite and cordial, they always helped me with parking and helped with any luggage. I would specially like to thank Rakesh Shinde, Tushar, and Evangalive from housekeeping. Also I am grateful to Amar Mandavkar and Ashok singh from security team. I have been to many luxury 5 star hotels. This is hotel's stay is one of the best I had.

I had a terrible experience with Royal Orchid, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. I had made block booking in Royal Orchid Central (ROC) Pune from 31st January to 3rd February for marriage of my daughter in Pune. As the function is marriage, we Indians take a lot of effort to ensure safety and comfort of invited guests. I had mentioned the same to the hotel while making a booking and was ensured that extra effort would be taken to keep all my guests comfortable. However, I had some serious unpleasant experiences where the service provided by ROC was grossly inadequate. At least two rooms' ACs were not working and when the guest complained about AC not working, they were told to keep quiet. Affetced guests being senior citizens kept quiet during the entire stay. Another incident was when a super senior citizen's bag was opened and vauables were taken along with the cash. Any kind of theft is absolutely not expected in the hospitality sector that too a 4-star hotel! In the same room of the senior citizen, the bathroom tub was not cleaned properly and was left slippery, which is a serious lapse. This resulted into the super senior citizen slipping and hurting himself really bad. This completely spoiled the celebration. One side my daughter was getting married and the other side my father-in-law required urgent medical attention! The hotel on being contacted was not even willing to listen and attitude was completely callous!

The room was amazing and very clean. The staff was amazing. Food was also nice. The reception staff were amazing hosts and they made us feel very comfortable. It's near to airport as well. I would definitely revisit the hotel very soon.
