I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness were absolutely unacceptable--the room was dirty, the bathroom had a foul smell, and it was clear that proper cleaning was not being done. To make matters worse, I did not feel safe during my stay. The door lock was faulty and didn't work properly, making me feel very uneasy throughout the night. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and security, but this hotel failed miserably on both. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay elsewhere if you value your safety and comfort. Also I ordered food from hotel tray and plates were dirty and plates were not even dry and there was no tissue paper as well

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff had no manners and were clearly upset because I booked online. They didn't even allow us 5 extra minutes at checkout. On top of that, the surrounding area wasn't very clean. Definitely won't be returning.

If you required basic and budget friendly rooms you definitely comes here. And convenient for train travellers. Services is good and atmosphere calm and peace.

My overall stay at Rachana Residency is very pleasant and awesome. Hotel staffs are professional, polite and helpful in nature. Food served here was awesome and economical.

I been coming here from last 3yrs but now the management had changed so the service is improved And Now they are providing Complementry Breakfast also in same rate
