RA Residence

It is quite a nice, peaceful environment. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Although they didn't let us check in early as requested but the waiting area was also very nice with swings,plants, and books around. They do have two street cats named stripes and cotton who just chill there and will occasionally play with you if they are in a mood. All nd all it was very nice experience. Rooms were a bit small, but they have done phenomenal job designing it.. everything feels cozy and homely comfortable.

This hotel is located in a prime location in Baner and is easily accessible. It is surrounded by many restaurants, pharmacies and other shops. The hospitality was good and we felt that we were welcome. We missed our bag in the hotel that was noticed and kept safe by the hosts. The room was small in size but was neatly maintained with all amenities available. We loved the stay at this hotel.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Hygiene and Service I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at RA Residence. When I checked in, I was shocked to find the room in a dirty and unkempt state. The beddings and towels were stained and appeared unwashed, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor. Even after multiple requests to have the room cleaned, the staff didn't respond effectively. Over the course of my 5-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, despite several reminders. The lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene was very frustrating. The one positive aspect was the security guard, who was polite and helpful. However, that was not enough to make up for the poor housekeeping and overall lack of care in maintaining the property. I hope the management takes steps to improve their cleaning services and overall hospitality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet place. Lots of greenery around. The management is also very friendly. Specially sartark and Yash at the front desk. We waited a while for check in but the room was speck and clean. Room interiors are also very good. Would definitely recommend
