Park Ornate Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, far beyond my expectations for a 3-star property. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, friendly reception. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, and it was clear that they take pride in offering a great service to all their guests. The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained, which is always important to me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room coffee station and the complimentary bottled water - small touches that made a big difference. The hotel's location was ideal - close enough to major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area that allowed for a restful stay. The breakfast options were simple but tasty, and the small on-site cafe was perfect for grabbing a coffee before heading out for the day. What stood out most for me was the overall atmosphere. It felt like a cozy, welcoming home away from home, with a personal touch that you don't always find in larger, more impersonal hotels. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making my stay as enjoyable as possible. Considering the price point, this hotel offers excellent value. It's not luxurious, but it's definitely comfortable and well-maintained, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option with a touch of hospitality and charm!

Very nice and cozy property with excellent value for money stay. Staff is very polite, sensitive to the needs of the guests. We had some mixed experience with Room Comfort. The hotel was clean, and the food was decent. However, we found some aspects disappointing. Water beyond 2L was chargeable, and although baby milk was complimentary during breakfast, it was chargeable when we requested it in the evening. The biggest issue was the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable, likely due to being old. Additionally, the double bed was made up of two single mattresses joined together, leaving a 3-4 inch gap in the middle. This made our night particularly uncomfortable as we had our one-year-old baby sleeping between us. This is something the hotel should consider addressing for a better guest experience.

Good location, good food and neat rooms make this stay a comfortable one. Also Thanks to Mr Kamal who will go that extra mile to personally make sure that your stay is very comfortable. Only feedback is that staff needs multiple reminders to get the job done which can be improved

I have stayed here for one day based on good reviews. I have honestly listed out the pros and cons. Pros: 1. They greeted with a welcome drink and it was a good check-in experience 2. The rooms were clean with good ambience. 3. The room services were good 4. The hotel is located in the midst of residential area so it is very calm and peaceful. Cons: 1. Only 2L of water is complimentary per day after that you have to buy half litre for 25 rs. 2. They allow only 2 hours of late checkout and they charge 50% of total cost if you want to extend 6 hours and 100% if more than 6 hours (even for 8 hours) 3. The food cost was bit on the higher side for a three star hotel 4. The hotel is little interior and we don't have any shops nearby.

I once visited this hotel which is near to airport. Hotel is good and rooms were also spacious, clean and maintained. The staff were also good and cooperative. Food was a bit expensive compared to the taste. The main issue is there are no near by street food area aur restaurant if you wish to eat outside. Zomato or swiggy delivery option is available though. Overall comfortable stay.

Room facilities are very dirty .Bed linens are probably the dirties I have experienced in India. Housekeeping staff can not do much on this if hotel does not provide new bed linens or new materials. Also Room service serves to guests and guests leave the leftovers or empty trays at hotel corridors and it stays there all night . Because not enough staff to take them .
