Park Central Hotel

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the hotel for one day and night and we really had a pleasant experience. The hotel is situated at the corner of a lane, so it is very peaceful, no vehicle noise. Lot of trees and plants in and near the property. The rooms and washrooms were clean and all required amenities were provided. Reception was responsive and room service was prompt. ||The dining area is a beautiful place and the meals were really tasty. There were many options for breakfast. ||Both our children enjoyed the place and wanted to extend their stay but sadly we couldn't. ||Highly recommend even if you are from Pune and want to have some peaceful time even in the city !

A budget hotel having extra large room for three people to accommodate. It is in very close vicinity to the most happening areas of pune. The hotel largely tries to provide everything in a very small budget. A safe place for female travellers. Also gives most basic yet delicious breakfast. Parking is available too. I would recommend this place if you have a budget constraints. Staff is cordial and helpful. Service was at par too.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good here. The only problem I faced last time was the bathrooms were quite small. The first time we stayed in a premium suite and didn't find a problem with the room or bathroom size.

They dumped me on the floor where all the workers live; it seems like everyone is homeless. Most of the rooms are occupied by their own workers. At night, the smell of alcohol fills the entire floor, as most of them are drunk. I asked to cancel my reservation very first day, but they refused. The surrounding area of the hotel is very dirty. The hotel is not at all what you see in the pictures. The rooms are extremely dirty, and the bathroom is the worst. I don't think there were more than five guests in the entire hotel. I regret staying here. I am going to report this to the hotel owner. This behavior is not acceptable. The hotel they made is like a bar.

I stayed here for 3 days in oct 24. - reception behaviour is rude.even he is not recognised me after check in. - very low option in breakfast. - rooms are spacious and cleaned. - location is not in road.

Worst early check in policy , demanding an entire day pay for a 4 hour early checkin. Disappointed.

Room was spacious, linen and bed sheets were clean , staff , Front desk , bell captain all were polite and cooperative. Complelimentry breakfast was good but chance of improvement is there. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay with family. Over all good
