Well, if you're on a budget this room is perfect for a single night otherwise the service isn't as good as expected Cons: 1. Food menu card was missing. 2. Ac wasn't working(but it didn't matter since it was already cold). 3. Washroom was a bit uncomfortable. Pros: 1. Overall stay was good. 2. Perfect for a budget.

Sk executive... simple and budget hotel. According to budget this property is ok but some points need to share when we r staying in Aug month 1. Hotel has small 4 occupancy lift with shutter gate. 2. Road which connect highway to hotel is not in good condition. 3. Its in outer city area not have any shops nearby. 4. Yes they have private parking facility 5. Rooms are in good condition 6. Rooms telephone is not working. 7. White bedsheet and towels are in good condition 8. Toilets also good 9. A small balcony attached with room also, i like the view and it's peaceful area. 10. Tv doesn't have HD channels 11. Ordered food called from nearby restaurants 12. Cabs takes too much time to come here

Can't say more than this hotel is mostly for love birds ... you definitely get privacy but can't say about anything... And for anyone how wants to book this hotel. Please see if for you going to check in at 11 am to 12 noon because they are charging 300 or more for early check-in. Also room service we're not so good. They take care for those who visit directly and ask for room. But if you want get some benefits form other booking sites and apps. Please you should contact the provider and the in advance. In my case I had very bad experience. May be this was not going to happen with everyone. Try contact service personal first.

The hotel was nice and clean. It is bit inside but just 50 m from pune kolhapur highway Best if you. R travelling The owner also is very friendly and co operative. I did not order food here but seems good There is no in house restaurant but food is brought from a nearby hotel. Rooms were clean .running hot water for whole day. But owner is bit negative about oyo. I would suggestt to book this hotel by oyo but with option of paying money at the hotel

I am surprised to see how come this hotel gets 4 rating. This is totally fake. I had a horrible experience. I have even pictures which proves how dirty n unhygienic the rooms where. When I called the OYO assistance they didn't even given solution. The rooms where dirty with mosquitoes n cockroaches. No doormat or dustbin. Balcony was dirty and stuffed with old furnitures. Food was not fresh n the sambar served was snelling. Overall it would say OYO is least bothered n giving any property without proper check or maintenance

Receptionist did not have any idea of bookings. Since we had to reduce 2 days booking to single day, he asked to cancel booking and book again. After this, while trying to book again, the rate spiked to 2X and also restricted us to book room for 3 people. OYO customer care representative as well as it's manager did not help in making the booking again. We had to search for other hotel and travel there. Since we came from outstation, and didn't own any vehicle, it was a very bad experience for us.

Worst exp with the property. Room service was pathetic. Breakfast will break you completely. Even toiletries for two ppl only one. Awesome. Great hospitality..

Not a nice hotel to stay, staff services are too slow as well as inefficient. Equipments in room doesn't work, for example, AC doesn't work, fan doesn't work, TV doesn't get signal, Remotes doesn't have charged battery, common lift doesn't work. Won't suggest to stay here.
