OYO Flagship Hotel Crown & Lodge

For extra bed I have called 4 times still didn't received mentioning rooms are full they don't have but while booking they took full amount. Not recommended. After 3 hrs of waiting received old mattress without blanket and neck support. Very rude behaviour of staff.

Place is good but the staff is talk in so much attitude, no service, no blanket or pillows, and no helping nature as per cost. Said us giving 3 blanket for 5 people but have only give 1 in cost of 700. I think better to look another lodge next time.

It was a really good experience from this hotel, The staff's attitude is very cool and they are very friendly, Mr Abhishek was a cool guy and assist you in everything, Also the rooms are reasonable and the price is also reasonable, I booked this hotel from Agoda, the location is a little far away from the centre of the city but it's worth comming here, Recommend.....

Dirty rooms, bathroom.....we had no choice but to get here as all hotels were full due to long weekend vacation.....only thing it is very cheap.....car parking is available
