OYO 73900 Hotel mathura recidency

It was my travel advisor who recommended this hotel to me. I must thank him for the right choice. During my 2 days stay here, I could sense the hospitality nature of the staff. The rooms are quiet big in size. The overall cleanliness impressed me a lot. What could have improved is the variety of food available.

Hello Reader, Hope you doing good. Here we go. ||If you're going with Family and friends then its not an option to stay, but if you are couple then Never go there. First of all, I'll start with the person on reception counter. There was a couple beside me and this man dint took his eyes off from checking out that female. ||I booked for an AC Room costing 1700 & Submitted my id proof. He said I'll take photocopy of this and send it in your room, Apparently which dint happen until Checkout. ||Torn Towel and tiniest Medimix Soap was given. I felt so pity at that AC because there were no filter on that. But cooling was good. I was very hungry after my travel so thought of ordering food but no food or restaurant service available in the hotel as mentioned online, if you want to buy something, across the road you'll find one Veg hotel and Once veg/non-veg hotel (thats another pathetic experience) ||All of a sudden, in the midnight i started sweating like hell, AC stopped working and thats when I realised there is no Fan in this room. I went downstairs and made a complaint to the man sleeping on the couch. He said, I am helpless in this situation and AC will be repaired in the morning. I said, I've paid for the AC and I am not able to sleep, he right away said, we'll charge you non AC room rates and slept. I was annoyed but helpless and Managed to sleep the way it was.||Next day while checkout, I told the very same Rude Man on the reception that this was the situation. He said i'll charge you non AC room rates which is around 1500 according to him. I guess he thought that is a huge relief for me. I dint wanted to waste my energy and time, so dint argue and left from there. Total waste of money. ||Note: The only Good thing about this place is that liquor shop is just across the road. |

The hotel is having very good rooms at affordable rates. Ac nad non ac rooms are available here. I stayed here two days |For my official job. The room is not luxurious type but in this rate u can say its ok type. There is good room service. A lovely pure veg restaurant which gives u good food.

This was my second stay at Hotel mathura residency.Kothrud. I visited and stayed there for one night only dated 12.09.2015. AC room cost 1400 per night andnon AC room for 1200 per night. As on that day it was raining heavily in pune and weather was cold i took non AC room. This is only a lodge and there is no restaurant at this hotel. For food you have many options near by so no problem. Both hot and cold water was running propery.||Room has no Tea/cofee maker in the room. TV signals were good but TV remote had some problems while changing channels. Door key also had some issue.||||For solo and couple traveller it is ok for one night or two. Room sixe was big but toilet small. Jet lag was missing so had to use mug. While bathing water was choked but then went. ||||The previous guest had forgot his underwear in bathroom After i inform at the reception to remove they removed, Front desk was helpful. This is an average budget hotel or Lodge. The hotel dont accepts cards so you have to carry cash accordingly.

We made a mistake by listening to our cab driver. This place was very below average. Untidy lobby, confused staff and stuffy rooms are just the start. The food was the only saving grace. Location is somewhat decent with a market closeby to get supplies from. The sheets were dirty when we checked in.

Hotel is in main town at cheap price .... But maintenance is very poor ... Dirty room , taps are not working properly , lift under maintenance always . But if you need to stay in cheap price you can stay here . Local restaurant are available nearby with good food .

A fair enough budget hotel. If you want to somehow just spend the night and are looking for a place on the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway, then it is a good option. Without AC rooms. They charge Rs 1000.

I went to this place with my friends to stay and it was really good experience . Hotel was very good and the servicing was also . It was well maintained and cleaned also . If you are finding a good place to stay then i would suggest this place.
