OYO 46740 Paradise Inn

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were in Pune for our work as makeup artist. They alloted us the room as 19 rooms were booked for the wedding guest, makeup artist & they alloted us the wrong room. Late night the manager call us saying we have to shift to the other room as this room is booked in other's name. We were already sleeping though we adjusted n shifted to 5th floor. Then we requested for the extra bedding but the manager rudely said will see & he started fighting with a raised voice with us saying this shifting & all happened because of us. How do client know! the rooms are alloted by the hotel. This is pathetic. I have never ever experienced this type of behaviour from the hotel staff. This manager was very unprofessional, rude, disgusting. Need to mention the date so his boss knows who was on the duty. Check-in 20/12/23 check out next day.

The rooms of the Hotel are not clean, bathroom is very dirty and also the bed sheets have all kinds of stains and the rooms smell very bad. Even the staff is not very helpful. Just that it was very late for our check inn in the night we just had to pass the night. Kindly ignore this hotel and look for other options. Also the pics don't justify the place.

Hotel location is not tally with the postal address , this place is far away from High Way , isolated not easily traceable. Rooms are very small. They don't even provide basic toiletries like Soap. There is not even a single shop nearby.

Stayed here for 2day, staff is very cooperative, 3people can easily stay in one room, bed size is more than enough for 3 people, room is small bt clean n decent n this hotel is 5min away from Marigold banquet hall. People have commented that it's hard 2 locate this hotel bt it's not true it's just beside the main road, v ordered dinner also which was tasty n affordable

No star... This Oyo Rooms just wants to mint money. And has no credibility of what was being promised... Extremely rude and pathetic behavior. Had clearly mentioned of early check-in at 6 AM. And on reaching he simply says no rooms... Really annoyed with the staff

Moderate clean rooms . Doesn't feel fresh. Broken sanitary ware needs to be replaced.

Stayed in this hotel for a night in the last week of July 2022. Rooms are neat and clean. If looking just for accommodation then this is value for money.

Best hotel with cheap rate. Service was up to mark. Staff cooperation was excellent. Hotel was near to Marigold banquet. Do visit this hotel. Food is also good. Everything is in your pocket rates.
